My husband and I travel a lot. We give this place an "A' for informal "homey" tropical atmosphere--and they truly "get" customer service. Our stay with Lynn and Bob was one of the very few trips where we honestly felt like we were visiting friends. We were vacationing but also investigating retiring in Belize. The owners ensured both objectives were...

Almond Tree is beautiful. I've been to most of the hotels in Corozal Town, and I have to say, this one is definitely the best, especially for the very reasonable price! The rooms are well decorated, and the bathrooms are clean and beautifully tiled. The best part of the hotel though is the pool area. It's surrounded by trees so...

This is a beautiful, small hotel right on Chetumal Bay. The grounds are lush and stunning, the room is very comfortable and roomy; and the bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Steve and Samantha, who run the restaurant and bar, are very friendly and accommodating, cooking a burger for us when we got there well after lunchtime...

You guessed it- had a great time at the Almond Tree the other week. New chef at the Inn, with comfort food ,and wonderful service. Bring your goggles for laps in the pool, or take a swim in Corozal bay, with a sandy bottom, and inviting temp. Always a breeze bayside, so prepare to relax and enjoy the view!

I was recently able to stay at the Almond Tree with my group from the World Pediatric Project. The accommodations were wonderful ! Samantha and Steve in the bar - restaurant area treated us like family. They were so kind and welcoming . Breakfast and dinner were amazing - the graciousness and service were awesome ! This was my first...

Our Mission group from World Pediatric Project occupied almost all the comfortable and spacious rooms at Almond Tree this past week. Our experience was wonderful. We worked all day at the hospital and in the evening return and enjoyed swimming and just relaxing on the beach! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff courteous and friendly. Our group...

This hotel is lovely. The setting is nice, the pool is beautiful and the rooms are large and clean. They are 80% of the way to being a luxury spot but the details are missing. The bathroom in the room is open to the rest of the room at the top so all noises and smells from the bathroom happen...

Thank you for taking the time to write a response. Unfortunately I was not there during your stay. Not sure what is going on with the weather & tide? We always have a small beach with no sea grass. I do have one dog that will set on the first or second step in the pool, but does not swim...

We stayed for two nights in one of the upper units. The room was clean and private with access to the veranda overlooking the bay.The room had dark curtains good for sleeping in ( when you are not working),hot and cold shower and the grounds are also kept clean. Corozal is limited in good hotel options. We needed a place to...

Almond Tree Hotel Resort is a poor Bed and Breakfast and by no means or standards a hotel or resort. The first impression after arriving on gravel roads is the owner who's first concern is Getting paid up front for the entire stay. Next is her $10 room key deposit. This is followed by her dogs running around barking and...
