Budget accommodation situated in Burns Avenue the tourist street in San Ignatio. I had a private room with bathroom but there are shared rooms and dormitories. It had everything I needed including a simple breakfast of fresh fruit juice coffee and toast . The staff were really nice and very helpful. The markets are just behind the hotel and shops...

This is an inexpensive, basic hotel with an amazing staff that works hard to make people feel safe and welcome and who keep the property exceptionally clean. Conveniently located in the middle of town.

Perfect for people with a moderate budget, very clean and a very helpful and nice staff, always ready to help, just like Cesar did with us! Very central location! Near bus station and welcome center! I would really recommend this hotel!

This a good choice for budget backpackers. It's right in the center of town, a few mins from ATM meeting points with restaurants and bars all around. Only thing is that it can be really noisy until quite late, 2-3am. Also, not that this is the hotels fault, but there is a dark atmosphere in this town, people offering drugs...

We loved this odd little hotel as it is situated right in the center of everything that is happenning in San Ignacio. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean and basic, it also has free WiFi if you stay in a room near the office or sit in the tinny loby. The Venus Hotel is about half...

Stayed at the Venus 3 nights while exploring Western Belize and the rooms were clean and the staff is friendly. Fresh coffee and juice in the morning with toast and jam. Centrally located on the strip, and overlooks the square. Would definitely stay here again.

The Venus Hotel is centrally located on a main street with quite a few of the tour companies just a few doors down. The hostel itself is very simple but has everything you need. You can pay extra for AC, but we found that the fans were fine. The first night we were there it was pretty noisy outside our...

Stayed in one of the budget rooms on the same level as the reception. As a base to crash out this is fine as near all the local amenities. However marked down because of the damp smell in the room which wasn't bright. With a bit of better decoration and TLC this place could be a lot better.

If it hadn't been for the Venice Hotel we would not have stayed in Belize. The staff was accommodating as we arrived at 7:30 am! They stored our luggage and checked us in early. It is right by the town square so we enjoyed music and access to great food and drinks. It's not fancy in fact it covers the...

Seriously nice room for $30/night. Clean sheets, nice towels, toiletries provided, and a private bathroom with hot water. Safe, prime location. The decor is outdated and this is not a party hotel, but it was exactly what my friend and I were looking for.
