Spent a couple of comfy nights at Windy Hill Resort. Older units but very clean and comfortable. To my understating it is under new ownership and they are making updates as they can. Great location just a bit out of town. Nice views over-looking town. Quiet. No wifi in our room - had to go to the restaurant or bar...

I am a Peace Corps Volunteer in Belize and this past week we attended a conference at Windy Hill. I have never been somewhere where the ENTIRE staff was so nice and accommodating. All of the food was delicious, and if you had food restrictions, you were served something equally delicious. The palapas were great for our meetings. When I...

My husband and I came here after we left another resort due to crappy service, and had absolutely no regrets. We were immediately greeted friendly staff, who not only got us a cabin with A/C, but also arranged for us to go on a tour of Xunantunich and Cahal Pech that afternoon. If you want a well-maintained place that's close...

This was our third time in Belize and our second time at Windy Hill. We tried a different resort our second time in San Ignacio (for variety). We just didn't have the same experience so we came back here again. We were not disappointed! We keep coming back due the extra effort the staff make for their guests. Every one...

Myself and my new husband stayed in Windy Hill in August 2014 for 4 nights. When we arrived my husband was unwell. The staff were very kind to us during our stay. My husband needed to go to the doctors and the staff arranged the appointment for us, drove us there and picked us up. It was such a pity...

We (2 adults, 2 kids (14 & 10)) stayed at Windy Hill for 5 nights from 3rd August. We had a nice friendly welcome from the reception staff on arrival. Accommodation is in individual chalets, which are nicely spaced to allow a bit of privacy, set in lovely, well-maintained grounds - which are really great to walk round. Our room...

Coming from Guatemala this was our first stop in Belize, a very helpful girl welcomed us, despite us being early and they upgraded our cabin as it was our honeymoon. The pool was lovely to relax by and our cabin was very comfy- although we struggled to get the hot water to work (being hot anyway it didn't really bother...

Windy Hills was the first stop in our Belize vacation. What a way to start! After such a stressful week, I told my wife I wasn't sure if I could go on our trip because I wouldn't be able to relax with everything at home being so up in the air and whacked out. She convinced me to go, after...

This was the first place we stayed on arrival in Central America and we are so glad that it was! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and bent over backwards to ensure that we were satisfied. The grounds are lovely, very secluded on a hill (hence the name), with multiple cabins. There is an outdoor infinity pool which is...

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our stay at Windy Hill Resort. The location is beautiful, overlooking rolling green hills and perched on a hill to take advantage of the cooler breezes. My favorite part of the resort is the infinity swimming pool- gazing at the beautiful views while flocks of birds fly overhead- I was always so reluctant...
