For the budget traveler, this is a great find. Room's were a little small but bed was comfy, A/C worked great and it was fairly quiet here. We didn't spend much time here but when we did, we found everyone helpful.
I spent 3 days in San Pedro during September. Pedro (Peter) is an ex-pat British & is a great guy to talk too as well as Phillipi & all the other friendly staff. The rental office is open from 8am - 5pm. You can rent...More
Always friendly service. These guys could hook you up on most tours at decent price. Cart rentals are a huge deal, and they have 'em, or bicycles if you wish. Pedro's pizza was pretty good too, if not fabulous. Hubby and I would stay again

We took a taxi to and from the airport only because of our luggage. It was 6.00 US dollars. We rented a golf cart 1 day and went to the secret beach. Well worth it. If you go there, take your own water, beer, towels and even food. Well worth it but only 1 restaurant, very pricey if you plan to stay the day.

you arrive in Chet at 1.20 and catch a cab to the ferry cost 2usd and takes around 10 minutes
if you have problems go to the border and cross that way and then go to corozal airport and fly cost around 45usd-more expensive but you will definitely end up in San Pedro
taxi to the border 10usd-there are many belizean taxis/cars who will take you to airport for less than 20usd
