South of town this clean & tidy hotel perches right in the beach! The staff were all extremely professional and wished only to help & make your visit the best. They arranged our snorkel trip & we were picked up right in front of the hotel. For dining we had some local fare at Robyn's just across the street. Try...

This was our first trip to San Pedro. When booking this hotel we were a bit concerned that it was not close enough to the town center. However it did meet most of our must haves and so we booked a Superior Balcony Room for 3 weeks. We were not disappointed! All the staff is great. Very friendly & accommodating....

First the pros: 1. Elliot is awesome!! He was super friendly and helpful. 2. Location: Right on the beach (no road in front like other hotels). 3. Pool: Nice pool area directly looking out on the ocean. 4. Breakfast: Decent breakfast with different breads and fruits. Now the cons: 1. When we arrived, there was poop smeared all over the...

Arrival was instantly relaxing. Our room had a balcony looking over the beach out to sea, a splendid scene to wake to. Staff was friendly and helpful, easily got bookings for snorkeling and inland tours - which may or may not be available depending on weather or demand. Breakfast got uncompromisingly familiar -- more variety would have been welcome.

Good location. Not right in the town but close enough to walk to the outskirts and still gain access to a variety of places to shop and eat. The staff was great and provided us with golf cart rental with gas! Our room I think may have been the small version, we did have a queen bed and a small...

As a family group we had 4 rooms...All were immaculate and as described. You can pretty much throw a rock from any room and hit the sea. It is that close. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable, shower hot, AC worked if wanted or open your windows and let the sea breeze fill your...

Elliot the manage is a lovely young man who is most helpful with booking trips, golf carts, any information you may need. Carla our room attendant...

Irma and Elliott really provided some great customer service. I stayed there a few years back and had some issues with the internet but I was told the old system had been upgraded and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the new internet really was. I was really impressed. The rooms are very clean and the facility is incredibly...

I came here with my husband and another couple. We were impressed with the view our room and most other rooms had, especially at the price. It has a nice beach and cute thatch roof bar and is in a great location. The rooms were nice and made up each day. Most staff was not very friendly or helpful at...

We stayed here in October, 2016 and had a pretty good stay. The rooms were very clean, as were the grounds. The small pool was great for a mid-day cool down dip. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, as well. We even met the owners and they were great too. The negatives. Like Most places on Ambergris Caye, the...
