This motel is situated as close as possible to St Joe's state park. It is clean and staff is friendly. It is convenient to stores and restaurants. I would come back again. Shower is the best I've had in a long time. The In. Is near to the heart of town without being right in the busy center.

Not sure of others experiences but we've stayed here a few times and have had great experiences. No, it's not the Ritz but it's clean, spacious and has a friendly staff. The owners seem to take pride in ownership and are constantly on duty. It's not a dump, nor a roach motel! It is a motel, not a hotel. Don't...

The Owners make you feel very welcome. They go out of their way to help you with any extra things you need. They were quick to recommend the special places to eat. Helpful with documents I needed to print. Helpful with late check out. The rooms were comfortable with all I needed. The hotel is close to everything.

I kind of expected the mediocre furnishings , bedding and small bathroom. It seems clean but the smell of air freshener is overpowering. Everywhere else was sold out. I would have preferred somewhere that smelled more neutral. For more than $100 a night I would have liked it to be nicer but in a pinch it will do.

If you're looking for fancy-shmancy this isn't the place for you but if you want clean, quiet, and affordable, I highly recommend it. I would have given it an Excellent rating but the pillows were a bit flat

Rancho Inn was very clean and comfortable. As soon as we opened our door you could tell that the room had been cleaned and it smelled fresh and that is important because we always get non-smoking rooms. The owners were very nice and accomadating and very helpful when asked about places to eat breakfast. Even though they don't serve breakfast...

Clean rooms is what I expected and what I definitely got. Good furniture; proper bathroom with lots of hot water and high pressure. Bed is comfy , could be maybe to soft if two heavy people are inside. Pool outside is another plus, small but relaxing. Breakfast not worth to mention , but good for nice start in the morning....

Everyone was very nice. Our room was ok. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was a hole in the carpet and the sheet. I had to get an iron at the front desk, there is not one in the room. For the price I paid and friendliness of the staff it was fine. The place was full when we left.

The Rancho Inn is an okay place to spend the night. The management was accommodating and had a place where I could park a pickup truck pulling a trailer. I felt safe, and it wasn't noisy even though it was directly on US Hwy 98. The room was clean, the bed linens clean, as were the towels. The bedspread was...

This is the place you stay when the Best Western is full. No breakfast. Very friendly cleaning staff but nothing is done unless you ask. Rooms are pretty clean and in fairly good shape. Internet performance is not good. All in all it worked ok, but would not be my 1st choice. I felt it was overpriced.
