I recently stayed here for a 3 day business meeting. Great hotel. Especially the front desk staff. Antonio, Carissa, Samuel and Bella were extremely polite, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean and their food is delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

I’d be remiss if I did not publicly thank Karol at the front desk check in for her incredible care and hospitality. On few hours sleep and multiple flights, the only room was not ready until 4pm. Exhausted, I fell asleep in the lobby. Twenty minutes later, Karol woke me up to notify me she had found me a room. I was so. thankful. On long travel days, staying at a hotel where your needs are seen and cared for is of great value. Thank you again to Karol and I highly recommend her and this hotel.

I have been staying at this Hotel quarterly for the last 3 years. Until recently I have not had to use their in-house dry cleaning services. In 2 out my last 3 stays, my dry cleaning was either misplaced or not available when promised. The first time my dry cleaning was misplaced and they were unable to locate it. The second time I informed them when I dropped it off that morning that I needed it back that evening as I was checking out the next morning. That evening it was not in my room and when I called down they told me that it had never been picked up from the cleaners. I informed them I was checking out early the next morning and needed my clothes. They said the cleaners did not open till 7:30 and that I could have it by 8am, however I told them I had meetings at 7 and was leaving at 6:30. There was no solution presented by the hotel, i had to suggest that they pick up my dry cleaning and delivery it to the office where I had my meetings. They did comp me the cost of my cleaning both times, however you would expect a bit better quality control from a place with the name Hilton on it.

It breaks my heart to see such an awesome hotel almost empty. Everyone we came into contact with was over the top friendly and glad we were staying there. The room was upgraded fro us (YAY!!) and was spotless. The room was corner king, well lit and comfortable. Water pressure was great and hot and the bathroom clean and well lit as well. Sorry to say that due to covid the restaurant was closed, they still offered a cooked to order breakfast in the morning. Its really is time to start traveling again folks, with social distancing, mandatory masks and the cleanliness of properties, especially this one, there is no excuse. Of the 200 hundred employees, only a handful are still working full time. These employees count on us, travel, visit and enjoy the stay-this is definitely a great place to stay.

My wife and I stayed at this property Friday to Monday for 3 nights. When checking in the clerk said they only give maid service when requested. We requested service for Sunday and after the 2 clerks discussed it, they said that was no problem ( like it was a problem).Sunday came and went and of course no service was given. When we went to the front desk Sunday night to ask about the lack of service, we were then told that the hotel does not offer any maid services over the weekend. So if a guest stays over a weekend there is no way to receive service. Very hard to imagine that a hotel of this size can not offer maid service. Very strange to me especially since I have managed a motel for 25 years and can't image running a hotel that way.

I arrived at around 5:00 pm to check-in and was told that the rooms were not ready as yet and I also requested a room on a higher floor. After waiting more than an hour and seeing other guests being checked-in I went back to the desk to find out what was going on with my room. The clerk told me she was sorry and that my room was ready and she gave me the room key which was on the 2nd, floor. I reminded her that I wanted a room on a higher floor and that's why I thought the wait was so long and she told me that there were no available rooms on a higher floor. I told her that this was unacceptable and I would be contacting Hilton about this and after a short wait, a room miraculously became available on the 6th. floor. I also noticed that every other guest was being given a small Hilton paper bag with bottled water and I don't know what else in it but I was never given one of those bags. I felt very under-appreciated and very surprised at the treatment I received, especially being a Hilton Honors Member.

This is my second stay here. This is a typical Hilton Hotel as it used to be. The front desk service was good, the rooms were clean and the beds and pillows are very very comfortable. The rooms are fairly quiet, and can be easily darkened. The towels and bathroom accessories are satisfactory for a 2d stay without maid service. All in all a good experience

I was Amazed at how beautiful, affordable and welcoming this location was. The staff was very friendly AND we were able to enjoy peaceful nights of rest, in a comfortable room and bed. I really enjoyed the breakfast, freshly cooked to order eggs and all of the other delicious choices they had available. It wasn't too crowded, felt spaced out, even while dining. We will be back at this location, it's worth the DRIVE!!

The room I reserved online was not available. The room I received smelled of mold, was not clean and had a disturbingly loud AC unit. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating but unfortunately maintenance, although nice, was not interested in trying to resolve the AC issue. The room had visible food crumbs on the floor between the beds and the floor between the bed and wall was disgusting, full of dirt, dust and crumbs of some sort. As a loyal Hilton customer, I was very disappointed.

I too am a traveling RN, that is a great question, I would ask the hotel. I never thought about asking about that. Please share what you find out.
Do you have a laundry facility on site?
Good hotel, was in construction in October when we visited. Lobby was noisy and dusty, which may indicate kitchen and dining area to be not dust free.
We do offer a great value being 16 miles away from Universal theme park

Although I cannot guarantee a safest way to the Amway Center google and mapquests can provide routes from our hotel to Amway center. Trip advisor does not allow me to provide the link to either of these sites. Amway is right off of I4, Anderson exit, 82B, right on Anderson, right on Division, right on west south street, destination on left.
