I almost never give bad feed back much less a #4. This place is a total zero (0). 9:30 pm 11/30/17 check in. Two ladies at the desk- both horrible. Free parking advertised. Bought room. hotels.com. Get to hotel and two extremely rude desk ladies...More
This was a pretty good hotel for the price. The lobby area had recently been re-modeled and was pristine. The rooms were older in style, and weren't the greatest. But, they were very clean. They had bags of pop corn to give out in the...More
We were looking for a nice hotel not to far from Denver airport; for one night.
Comfortable beds were a must and because we would be coming in late and would leave early the next morning, the price had to be reasonable.

Stayed 1 night between flights. Easy access to the airport via shuttle which takes about 20-30 mins drive depending on time of day. Easy check in & out. The entire hotel was a bit over-decorated for autumn, very cluttered, but that's really not important, just...More

We had no problem w/ coffee however the ice machine was an issue as it was empty all 3 days of our stay. The elevator stuck and shook so I took the stairs afraid it might stick me between floors. The worst part of our stay was no hot water at all one morning, after running it for over 5 minutes. THAT was totally unacceptable, no hot water. I'll never stay there again, ever.
