Great place, on the beech, friendly staff, cookies + pies + popsicles for the kids all day long. Nice town with restaurants, bars, wine tasting etc. Attractions include the port, farmers market. ------------------------------------------------------

We came to the inn to celebrate a friend's wedding nearby. The boutique accommodations were perfectly charming. My boyfriend loved the pies every night -- so much that we had to plan our dinners around it by the end of our stay. The service was wonderful, and we felt like we were in our home away from home.

Thank you so much for your time to review your stay with us. Aren't those pies amazing? We can't get enough! What about the ice cream? How was that paired with it? We hope to host you again soon! Off to the Beach, Alexandra Director of Communications

This was our first visit. We lucked out with an ocean-view room. The view from the balcony was lovely and the sound of the breaking waves was all we needed for nap time and bed time. Avila Beach can get pretty busy on the weekends but since the Inn is on the south edge of town, it is away from...

The Inn at Avila Beach was wonderful in so many ways. We were in 209 which overlooks the Ocean and spent evenings on our terrace and slept to the sounds of the Ocean. The people were terrific, with a personalized check-in. Terrific in-room amenities. A 75" in-room TV! Coffee all day with good creamers. Free refreshments. Home made pie every...

Hard to beat this place, laid back, on the beach, within an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and beach town nightlife. There is a furnished, roof top patio to sit and watch sunsets. Some of the rooms have heart-shaped hot tubs. Not far from the wine country around Paso Robles.

Thank you so much for the review! Although the visual image is great, we do not have heart shaped hot tubs. But what we DO have is in room jacuzzis! Hope to host you again soon! Off to the Beach, Alexandra Director of Communications

Stayed here for a night as we travelled up the coast. The room was on the small side but it had character and there are apples, cookies, popcorn and fruit pie and ice cream (in the evening) for free. We also took out bikes for a few hours for free. Clearly these 'extras' were factored in to the price of...

My favorite birthday retreat is The Inn at Avila Beach in Avila Beach, CA. First stop upon arrival is their sundeck overlooking the Pacific. Then we might walk the pier or get a glass of wine along the town promenade. Dinner is always at The Old Port Inn beginning with steamed clams. There's complimentary pie & ice cream back at...

Although we were here less than 24 hours on our way up the coast from San Diego to San Francisco, we were in awe of this place. We stayed at the owners suite, and were thrilled with our bed, the large tub next to the fireplace, the welcome bag of goodies, our balcony looking out at the ocean, and the...

This inn is quirky, an original in a charming beach town from the past. Each room is decorated differently, each has updated bathroom and separate jacuzzi. The main part of the inn has a lovely sunroof complete with loads of couches and chairs, BBQ grill guests are free to use, stocked kitchen area to borrow stuff, free use of bikes...
