We stayed in the hotel for a conference near the area. The location is convenient to shops by walking. What I really like is the cleanliness of the rooms and other areas. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

I stayed three nights in February 2017. This hotel was near a customer I visited. There is a In and Out Burger litteraly in the parking hotel so for those who enjoy that kind of food it is by walking distance. I did not breakfast at the hotel I went to a bakery near by really nice and they had...

We spent a night here with our dog and would happily go back. Rooms and property were clean, updated, and well-maintained; it's convenient to "downtown Auburn," Old Town, and vineyards and parks; the property had strips of grass and bushes (in addition to having neighborhood streets right around it) to walk the dog; and the breakfast buffet was nice and...

It's a nice clean property, right off of the freeway. We stayed as an in between location headed up to Lake Tahoe. Rooms were nicely appointed, noise level was fine, breakfast was decent for what you pay. We would stay again, highest praise I can give!

Our family just spent a weekend here to attend a family gathering. The staff were all very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The price was very reasonable. Everything about this hotel was great. We had 2 rooms, and both were very clean and very comfortable, and beautifully updated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.. The $5 breakfast- all...

I stayed at this hotel (Not the first time) and I enjoy it. Max's restaurant is attached and you have to eat there. This time, I stopped there for the night before going over the pass (Returning to Reno). I paid $129 for the night. I checked out the next morning, knowing that highway 80 might be closed due to...

I stayed here for some local business and had a great stay. I think the most difficult part of staying here was that it is next to an In-n-out and the smells made me hungry. Fortunately the smells didn't penetrate the hotel. All the same, I would recommend a room facing away from the main road/hamburger restaurant. The hotel restaurant...

So, I'm giving it three stars based on the great service and staff. The place looks a lot nicer than it is in the photographs. The bedding is great, but they're covering cheap old mattresses that were definitely not replaced in the last remodel in February. The only thing that is worse than the mattress were the really awful pillows....

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I do apologize that your accommodations were not up to your expectations. Our new pillow system is a "Brand Standard" and required by Holiday Inn. I apologize you were not comfortable. We are a full service Holiday Inn, unlike an Express, meaning that we have a full service restaurant and...

Nice people, clean rooms, within walking distance (15 min) under and old bridge behind the parking lot right into the heart of the cool little foothill town of Auburn. Surprisingly affordable "Executive" suite with huge flat screen, refrigerator, couple nice comfy chairs, the works.. The $5 breakfast buffet was great.. Was expecting stale muffins & weak coffee, what I found...
