No, every unit does not have an individual BBQ, but every unit has access to use the five large stainless steel propane grills that are conveniently located within the complex. Also, they provide quality BBQ utensils for your use if you ask at the front desk. No charcoal needed here to enjoy great grilling!
The clubhouse is ADA compliant but the residential units are all multi storey with the bedrooms on one level and the living space on another. They do have hideabeds in the couches and there is a half baths on the main floor.
