We arrived hours prior to check in and our room was already ready. All of the staff was extremely helpful and courteous.
The room was stocked with plates, cups, silverware, etc… There is a full sized fridge and kitchenette in each room.
It’s located right next door to the Disney Toy Story parking lot. We found this super convenient for our Disney vacation!! We walked over and caught the shuttle to/from Disney. You have to go through security before boarding the bus. The security lines are extremely short and move quickly! We found this to be faster than all our prior Disney visits.
The Homewood Suites has a free breakfast buffet daily, large outdoor pool, mini golf, basketball court, bbq area, fire pit, and they play movies nightly by the pool.
Our room had a main living area and then another room with two beds. There was plenty of space for our family of 5.
I highly recommend the Homewood Suites! We can’t wait to stay here again on our next Disney vacation!

The hotel suite is very spacious and perfect for our family of four. We loved having a kitchenette and separate dining room. The location is excellent and right next door to the Toy Story Parking Lot, which lands you right at the front gate of Disneyland. Fitness center is clean and spacious and I enjoyed riding the Peloton Bike. Breakfast is good and plenty, though crowded as the morning goes on. Only down side is taxes and parking fees. But other than that I would def stay here again!

I’ve been a loyal Hilton family member for decades. Very proud to have my Diamond status because it sometimes is helpful for getting rooms even when the website says at a hotel is fully booked. Frequent room upgrades and credits towards meals are an extra bonus as well. This hotel is GREAT! . Very friendly staff. Perfect location for a visit to Disneyland. The secret is the fact that it is next-door to the Toy Story parking lot. So you can stay at the hotel and just walk next-door to grab the shuttle to Disneyland. As with many of the Hilton properties, this one has free breakfast. And the breakfast is definitely a step above what we normally get when we stay at the Hampton. We have relatives in Southern California and come to Disneyland often. For decades, we’ve stayed at the Disneyland hotel because of its location on the actual Disney property. But they are so inflexible with their reservation system. It makes it difficult. I love that Homewood Suites and Hilton properties in general have such a lenient cancellation policy. A couple to be aware of, this “Homewood Suites - Convention Center” is actually closer to Disneyland than the “Homewood Suites – Main Gate.” ALSO the hotel is undergoing a major room renovation, so the rooms will be even nicer than when I’ve stayed here in the past!

The price of the room went up while I was booking it on the app, I was told my card was declined upon check-in (though my CC company doesn’t show a decline nor a reason for one.) I wasn’t offered any additional perk/bump upon check-in for my HH status (as has been customary at every other property) and when I inquired, I was told the hotel was too small and didn’t offer that. Why is this a Hilton thing if participation varies? This is why I stayed with Hilton, otherwise I would’ve switched back to Marriott.
The room: I got in late and wanted to shower and go to bed. The shower creaked and the whole encasement moved while I was in it, weird and uncomfortable. The body wash provided smelled like a urinal cake and looked like a mixture of colors, I suspect it was refilled with something other than the original product. There was visible mildew that one shot of Tilex could’ve cleared up if someone cared to try and fix it. I also noticed a couple drain flies in the vanity/sink area, again 100% preventable with only basic cleaning. Finally got into bed around 1am and there is food under the pillow of one of the beds and brownish stains and hair near the pillows on the other. As if that weren’t enough, there were also specks of what appeared to be blood on the headboard of the food crumb bed. I had to get up early for a work event and was so tired and disappointed I just wanted to cry. I called the front desk to let them know and was just told that they would “let housekeeping know”. I did say I was very tired and apprehensive about switching rooms since it was so late, but I thought perhaps there would’ve been an offer to have someone come up and bring me new sheets at least! I put a towel over the spot where the food was (lesser of two evils as the stain was unidentifiable) and did my best to sleep, although the bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood and left plenty to be desired. In the morning I’m trying to iron a blazer for my event and after trying a couple outlets, I found one that provided power for the catastrophically broken iron that proceeded to spit and gurgle hot water and white chunks all over my black garment… the only blazer I brought to wear to this work event. What is coming out of this thing and how does an iron get this broken? This thing shot so much water out of it that I had to unplug it because I was afraid I’d get electrocuted. In the end, the front of my blazer is soaking wet and covered in white pasty stains.
Overall my experience was very poor and inconsistent with the Homewoods I’ve stayed at in the past, and certainly with Hilton as a whole. I am deeply disappointed, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it.
A few small points I forgot to include: the wifi did not work, the bath towels has hair wrapped up in it, and I never got the digital key through my app.

Out of all the hotels in Anaheim that we've stayed in in the last 10+ years or so, especially in the area of Disneyland, this hotel has been one of our favorites. Besides the free breakfast buffet, and the spacious rooms, it is within walking distance to/from the Toy Story Parking Lot next door.
Breakfast had the standard eggs, alternating meat protein, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit. It does get busy during the mornings, but staff was great at cleaning and refilling items in the buffet.
We stayed in a double queen studio suite, which had more than enough room for two adults and two kids. It included a full kitchen, small dining area, and sofa bed.
I COULD find a room that's either across the street from Disneyland or somewhere even closer to the Harbor entrance of Disneyland, but the fact that walking to the Toy Story Lot AND going through the security at the lot first BEFORE being dropped off the bus in the morning was a big deciding factor for us. We hope to stay again in the near future.

I picked the hotel because of the location to Disneyland via the shuttle at the Toy Story parking lot. That was a great decision because it was a 10-15 minute walk and in the morning they have security at the parking lot so you can skip it for the park.
The hotel: It is definitely dated and stains were on the carpet, the furniture, and in the hallways. We were on the 2nd floor in a double Queen suite and it was okay. They were doing renovations right above us so when we came to rest during the day, it sounded like a herd of elephants going back and forth.
The staff: They were pleasant and I even received a test asking if I needed anything. Even if it was automated it was a nice touch.
The breakfast: It was filled with a bunch of carbs and they kept it stocked. If you wanted protein, your choices were eggs or sausage patties. It opened at 6:30 am so you could grab a quick bite and then walk to the parking lot in order to make rope drop.
Food options: There are a few restaurants like Denny’s and IHOP that are relatively close and a Cheesecake Factory but who wants to do extra walking when you walk over 20k steps at Disney. We ended up using DoorDash to get whatever we really wanted.
Overall: I think the price difference would have been $200 between Homewood and a Disney hotel, so if you can afford it, I would go there. Then you get the extra 30 minutes for one of the parks.

We booked this hotel for our Disneyland trip. We chose the property because of the availability of suites - we were traveling with our two teens, and find a traditional hotel room a little small.
As others have mentioned, the proximity to the Toy Story parking lot was a huge selling feature. We were able to arrive at the lot between 7 & 7:30 (parks opened at 8) and go through security there. When we saw the crowds waiting for bag check at the park we were so happy to have already completed the process.
The front desk and breakfast room staff were all extremely pleasant and professional.
Our suite was well-maintained and spacious enough for our purposes. Although we didn't cook a meal in the kitchen (we could have) we did dine together on the small bar area.
The washroom has the toilet and shower in one room, and the sink/vanity open to the bedroom. While that improved flow somewhat, it would have been really nice to have a second washroom.
The weather wasn't good during our visit so we didn't use any of their outdoor amenities.
We would definitely plan to stay here during future visits. It felt like a very good value.

The location is right next door to the Toy Story parking lot for Disney and is nice because you clear security there and are dropped off at the door with no need to go thru security at the park.
When we first got there, we were getting texts from the hotel and I thought that meant the service would be great. However, at arrival, you have to figure out how to get into parking. I asked for a digital key, which I got but it couldnt be used to get into parking. Instead I needed to take my ticket to be validated at front desk in exchange for a key and parking pass to be put on my dash. Not at all convenient and defeats the purpose of a digital key. The parking spots are tiny. We parked 2 days on our own and then they started blocking off the parking lot and forcing you to use valet or park on the opposite side of your room. They said it was complimentary valet, but lets be real- tipping is not free. I was really disappointed with that. This is not a super fancy hotel nor in a location that is, so it was unnecessary and a pain.
Entering our room, we were left with a toilet that wouldnt flush and 4 towels, 2 washcloths for 6 people. Had to call for more towels, 1st night we got them, the rest of the nights we asked, they were never brought.
The breakfast buffet was chaotic. They served dinner sausage cut up, chicken enchiladas with rice and beans for breakfast. The waffle mix was empty. There was no fruit except for bananas. I had no idea if the yogurt was sugar free or not because it all was dumped in a massive bowl and you scoop it out. My kid is a Type 1 diabetic, we need to know nutritional facts and that wasn’t available for her to even get some yogurt. Eggs, rosemary potatoes, and watery oatmeal were also available. We had no one tell us what time breakfast started, nor nothing about the hotel at check in when I went to get the parking pass. There was no where to sit and you constantly bounced off people trying to get some food/drink.
The freezer worked to freeze my ice packs but the ice machine was broken on floors 1 & 2 so It took searching to get ice.
There was hair in our sheets and the shower walls so attention to detail is not big here. We had a knock on the door bringing us coffee pods that we didnt order. It wasn’t the worst place that Ive stayed at. But it could use some help with attention to detail and fixing their ice machines.

In a nutshell: safe, clean and well-maintained facilities, large suites stocked with kitchenettes and modern amenities, good hot breakfast, close to the Disney and free shuttle park, and a friendly courteous staff on all shifts.
Every member from front desk, cleaning crews, and the morning kitchen and dining room staff worked tirelessly to keep things moving and I do appreciate every one of them that made our stay comfortable. The hotel/rooms for the family were a welcome respite after a hard days 'adventuring' to rest and prep for the next days activities over the week we spent here.
The hotels pool, hot pool and arcade center were welcome breaks from having to walk or stand in line! I'm only disappointed the arcades only pinball machine was not functional as I was prepared to hand lessons in how to rock a game of pinball.
All-in-all an excellent stay and choice for lodging when visiting Anaheim so I highly recommend this Hilton property.
*NOTE: We booked this Homewood Suites after reading copious reviews for all the other area hotels and determining this one had the most consistent ratings. I don't give the single reviews much thought and it's a safer bet to listen to what the seasoned travelers have to comment on. Pass it on folks.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife and 2 children on a March break vacation. The family suite with king bed and bunk beds is excellent for a family and actually has a third single bed below the bottom bunk if you happen to have 3 kids. Check in was quick and easy after a 20 minute cab ride from SNA airport. As others have said it’s a 2 minute walk to the Toy Story Parking lot where you can go through security and hop a shuttle to the parks which run constantly. The living area and kitchen are great to save some money on meals although there are numerous restaurants within walking distance. The few negatives I can point out are the bathroom vanity and shower are very small. I’m not big and felt like I was crammed in the tub shower. Also the hot tub was not hot. It was about 85-90 degrees which is doable during the day but way too cold after dark. Lastly the laundry machines onsite work but are so pricy. Small machines and $4/wash and $8/dry since the clothes don’t dry after one cycle. Breakfast options are plentiful But go early because it gets very busy and once the food runs out close to the ending time It doesn’t get refilled.
