We are a family of 7 and were given an interconnecting room which we found great for all of us. The staff were so friendly and were extremely compassionate and helpful when one of our party had to be hospitalised. Thank you Mark and staff as your support was appreciated. Hot

I traveled with my niece and her 4 year old son. We arrived at 10A, knowing our room would not be ready, the front desk stored our luggage so we could walk to Disneyland. 10 minute walk from hotel to front gate, shorter time probably without a 4yr old :)

Excellent location, th

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback from your recent stay. We hope you reported your carpet being dirty to our front desk staff as our carpet's are cleaned on a regular basis so this is important to let us know. We have found most of the guest's that come to the Castle Inn & Suites do not use the iron/ironing boards so we have the smaller version's for that reason. We may look at upgrading them in the future. Once again, thank you for your review. Kind Regards,

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful! 7 min walk from Disneyland, not too loud. The pillows are really stiff so I recommend you bring your own. But other than that, absolutely wonderful!

Hi from Australia. Can you please tell me what hours your self-serve laundry is open and the cost to wash/dry? Also, do your tv's offer a wide selection of channels? We have booked a family suite early next year.Thank you!
Good Morning from Anaheim, Our guest laundry opens 8am - 10pm - it cost $1.50 to wash and $1.00 dry. We have a good selection of TV channels, but not a wide range. We have not received any negative feedback about out channel option's as most of our guest's are out of the room for the most part, but you will definitely find the basic and local channels as good options. Let us know if you need anything further. Warmest Regards,

What does run of the house room mean? I keep seeing differences, do the rooms have full or queen size beds?
Run of House room is designated as a standard room of the hotel. This will be a room with 2 queen size beds. The hotel does not carry rooms with full size beds, only queen size beds or in some suites king beds as well. We look forward to your visit.

Hi, we are coming from New Zealand next year with 6 and 9 year old kids..is there an option to either store our bags somewhere safe at the hotel or early check in before before we head out to DW? Is there any cost with bag storage? Lastly how long is the walk to DW?
Hello from the Castle Inn & Suites: We do offer complimentary luggage storage so no worries when you arrive. We will pre-register you and then get your luggage stored so you can go about your day and get over to Disneyland. Have a great day, Castle Inn & Suites

Many reviews going quite far back state guests had a problem with "extreme" temperature fluctuations in the showers at your Inn. Rather dangerous to have what they described as "sudden scalding water" burst out on a person during a shower. Has this problem been resolved or is it ongoing? Perhaps this is something that is not going to be fixed?
Hello from the Castle Inn & Suites, Thank you for your question. The fluctuating water is an isolated situation at the hotel. This is a rare occasion and can be addressed immediately if a guest presents this to us. This is not a daily concern or anything close to that, and we have many, many guests in and out of this hotel with absolutely no water concerns. Let us know if you need anything further, have a great day. Castle Inn & Suites

We have booked 2 family suites + 1 extra room for our family of 13 arriving end of this month. 2 Questions... 1. Are plates, cutlery etc provided in the kitchenettes so we don't have to bring our own? 2. We are travelling from Australia & 2 of the children are under 8 so will need small booster seats if we catch an Uber for example. We don't want to carry them from here. If I order them from Walmart to be delivered a day or 2 before we arrive can you take delivery of them & keep them safe for us till we arrive? They will only be the small cushion type, not big ones with backs on them. I did email about this 2 months ago but received no answer. Thank you, Betty
Hello Betty, We saw your email sent to our Reservation email address and have replied. For some reason, we did not see your question earlier here from Trip Advisor. In regards to the Family Suites, they are not kitchenettes. We do not allow cooking in our Family Suites here at the Castle Inn. All rooms have a microwave for quick heating up items and we have mini fridges. Therefore, there are no cutlery provided. We answered your question regarding the car seats you are sending, so no worries there, we will hold them here for your arrival. Let us know if you need anything further. Kind Regards,
