My mom and I stayed here for a week in December 2015 and our rooms were drafty and cold the whole time. We kept trying to adjust our thermostats, thinking we would eventually get the rooms warm, but we never did. We both ended up sleeping in sweatpants and hoodies to stay warm at night. When we checked out, we...

I have a room with a tv that only has 3-channels that break up continually. I can't even listen to the news while I am working. I submitted a request to a bobblehead at the front desk this morning and not sure he even wrote down my room number. Of course nothing was corrected when I got back to my...

Apologies that your TV was not working properly and that for some reason we were not able to fix the issue. I can understand this must have been very frustrating and can sense your disapointment by the tone of your message. We trust that the balance of your stay was otherwise satisfactory and that we may be able to regain...

We loved the room (cozy and comfortable bed, tub, plenty of room for sitting, fridge) on the Club Floor — room 505. We enjoyed cheese and crackers, fruit and veggies at night in the club lounge. They offered beverages all day, dessert at night and breakfast in the morning, too. Our view was nice but we really enjoyed buying a...

I was pleasantly surprised during my stay at this Sheraton. After traveling and site-seeing in downtown LA- it was great to getaway to a quieter, beautiful spot in Agoura Hills. The room was clean, decent sized, and spacious. The restaurant and bar were decent and the staff was polite and professional. In the morning, I ate breakfast in the club...

I have stayed at this property several times recently for business. I love it. It's nice, clean and the pillows are amazing! I seriously want to buy some just like them. The hotel food/bar is very good. I had an issue that maintenance had to fix in my room, and the maintenance man was so nice and friendly. All the...

Stayed here for a couple's overnight getaway and to do some Christmas shopping at the Camarillo outlets and The Oaks mall. So glad we did. The hotel is very nice and very well maintained. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The location is perfect close to the freeway but surrounded by trees and near the hills. The room was...

Stayed here while on business. Very nice, recently renovated property that actually somewhat sticks out (in a good way) in this area. The staff were extremely helpful, and the executive lounge was a nice touch. I'd certainly stay here again if in the area. Worthy of the Sheraton name.

It was one of the stops during vacation trip through California. Easy to get, very close to highway, but surprisingly quiet – we could really rest. Close to both touristic attractions and some shopping centers. And of course Malibu Beach, which my wife loved very much (and the path through the mountains and over the ocean is ecstatic). Very friendly...

We enjoyed our one night stay at this property while driving north to the Bay Area. An upgraded comfortable suite, a better than average Club Lounge, and a complimentary buffet breakfast made our stay enjoyable. The property does seem to cater to the corporate crowd, and is located off the beaten track, with a small strip mall across the street,...

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel and it was fabulous. Beds are awesome if you are a spa member they have a club lounge that has snacks at all times. Pool and hot tub was very neat and clean also pool was heated. They are a 5 star in my book.
