This hotel is a great convenient spot close to the Canyon Club in Agoura, and a great place to stay if you are in town for one of Canyon Club's concerts and don't want to drive or Uber home. The hotel is contemporary, clean, the rooms are nicely styled, and the rates are very reasonable.

This hotel is a bit of an eye sore design wise but clean, comfortable and well managed. Our room had a funky blue chair which was pretty but looked out of place in a hotel where everything else looks like 1982. My late grandfather would have felt at home, had it not been for the smoking ban. Staff was friendly... More

This hotel is exactly what you'd expect from a business hotel and the Sheraton brand. The room is a decent size, although in my room had a weird, empty alcove. (See picture) There's a desk there, and a chair, but it exists for no particular reason, although if you wanted to have a kid sleep on the floor in a... More

The rooms and bathrooms have been well refurbished but this hotel is fantastic at adding undeserved extra charges to the headline, advertised price. For example, $14 for self parking - and this hotel is well out of town. We were also conned into spending extra for a room with a balcony and view - yes the view was of a... More

We booked this hotel at the last minute, after having cancelled based on so many bad reviews. After booking, we called the hotel directly and they gave us a fantastic AAA rate (better than the 800 #). They let us check in super early at 11am so we could get ready for a wedding. They upgraded us to the top... More

Both myself and my wife come to Agoura Hills to stay each year, and we choose the Sheraton Agoura Hills hotel each time because all the staff treat you like royalty, and the hotel is second to none. The beds are the most comfiest we have ever been on! The hotel is really clean, the service is excellent, we can't... More

The worst time I ever had was staying at the Sheraton. I was once an avid guest and even had my Spa in their Directory when it was the Renaissance Hotel (Fabulous back then). This was my birthday and I expected to have a different experience. The customer service has really plummeted since then....sorry to say. Besides, I informed them... More

Stopped as a break between Grand Canyon and Monterey. Welcome was great, Carlos was engaged, friendly and gave us guidance for future trips. The room was spacious and comfortable, everything you expect of a Sheraton. $14 to Parkin effect in an open space car park seemed high cost. Check out was so unfriendly, no offer of help or understanding if... More

The fact that you have to pay for everything extra (parking $14, wifi $15, etc) on top of the price is not what I expect from a hotel which location is not the best. (There is nothing to do in the near surrounding). We got an upgrade and where in the Sheraton Club which are nice big rooms.
