This Hampton Inn is right off the freeway exit but even the rooms facing the freeway side are relatively quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. The usual Hampton free breakfast and also a manager's reception in the evening on certain weekdays.

NO, there are none in the rooms. And I was actually going to amend my original review, as I let two bags with them on a previous stay. I went back to retrieve them just last week and one bag was missing. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk manager he immediately started to cover their backsides which did not make me happy. After a week and seven phone calls, the General Manager finally got back to me. She was rude, and condescending. So much so that it is shocking to me that a person like that would be in charge of the entire staff. She made snide remarks and didn’t offer to compensate me in any way for my missing items with the exception of offering me a discount and upgrade on my next stay. I promptly declined. Why would I want to stay again at a property where my items can come up misssing and the person in charge not only does not care, but was rude about it to boot??!! No thanks! I would stay away from this property if I were you!!!!
