I have stayed here a few times and it is such a great hotel. The two employees that are the best are Ajay and Steve. Ajay is always happy and smiling. He is so nice. Steve is great. Always friendly and nice. They both go out of there way to accommodate me.
Great location close to my business venue. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, with options for every diet. Great yogurt smoothies! The room was very comfortable, clean, and the bedding was super. I like the all-white bedding pattern. Looks clean and inviting. Very quiet. Great experience at a great value!
A very clean and modern facility. Good service and great rooms. King suite is worth it. The value here is amazing. Best pricing I have seen in ages. Well worth a stay. In a beautiful area and close to beaches!
Great location close to wedding venue at Calamigos Guest Ranch and Beach Club. People were friendly and hotel was clean. Breakfast was included. Good restaurants in walking distance. The weather was a little chilly but they do have a small outdoor pool.
I was not offered my Diamond Benefits at all. I asked if my room can be upgraded with a whirlpool jacuzzi since I already booked a 1 bed. I was told that it would cost me an additional $10-$11 per night. I was told over the phone prior to my arrival that it shouldn’t be a problem since I’m a Diamond member, I should get the upgrade for free. Well, it didn’t happen and instead of $11 a night cost, it actually cost almost $20 more per night. I was, at first, ok with the charges but when I started using the jet in the jacuzzi, it made this incredibly loud noise as if I was going to get electrocuted in it. I jumped out then a bunch of hair came out of the jet, it was a hair ball of nastiness that started floating around. I asked the cleaning lady just outside of my room nicely to please come clean it. And she kept telling me, “I don’t know. I don’t know.” I realized then that it was a language barrier. I can’t fault her for that. I just went back in the room to clean the jacuzzi and disposed the hair ball myself. I took pictures if you need it. I’ve never been disappointed with any of stays in a Hampton, but this one truly blows.…
