Stayed here 2 nights and would have extended if I could have backed out of my other reservations. This B&B overlooks the Anchor River as it flow into the Cook Inlet...fantastic views of the Alaska Range and Mt Illiama. Hosts Janet and Brian will treat you like family. Janet is an exquisite hostess. The home is beautifully decorated and clean. Brian knows where the fish are running. Picture the sunset over the the mountain! You can try but you can't find a more beautiful and friendly place.

Eagles and plenty of wildlife are abundant. Most of all its peaceful, quiet, relaxing and fishing is great, just a short drive down the road, take...

I wanted a place where two senior couples could have space to gather outside our rooms, especially if it were drizzly. The Anchor River Lodge (within 15 miles of Homer) was great in every way: tv or...
