I stayed in a junior suite on the upper floor. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated, I had panoramic view of DC. The valet parking service and front desk welcome was nice (but could be better).

This hotel was very posh, traditionally decorated but not dated, located just next to the white house and also close to shopping areas and the museums district. The lobby was very impressive and there was fast and free internet service. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Hotel is conveniently located very near the White House. It is well known as one of the best hotels in Washington D.C., Let me say first, this is an expensive hotel but it comes with all the amenities one would expect and with a tremendous location and history. It is just a short walk from the White House and the...

Just got back from a 3 night stay. Title of review pretty much says it all. The hotel itself is very historic. Very classy marble lobby with high ceilings. Easy to imagine presidents staying here (as, apparently, they all have since before Lincoln). Decor is what I associate with classic DC - formal, conservative, nice antiques, etc. We were upgraded...

The facade could easily fit into a street in Paris. The lobby is understated, elegant and posh. Whether you choose to grab a cocktail at The Round Robin Bar, splurge on dinner in The Willard Room, or stay the night in what will be one the most luxurious rooms you've experienced, this hotel does NOT disappoint. Just steps from The...

I chose this hotel because of its historic significance, great location ( near the White House-closest I might ever be to living on Pennsylvania Avenue, National Mall Area, Treasury and on the hop-on- hop-off bus route)and it reminded me of the one in Paris. I have seen comments about it being "dated" and that is obviously someone who does not...

My daughter and I stayed at the Willard for the 4th of July. What a wonderful experience. Just a short walk from most everything you could imagine doing while in DC. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The hotel has historic significance. The staff is very gracious and accommodating. There was a little confusion with check in. The room I reserved...

If you are traveling to DC as a tourist, then I would recommend this hotel. The hotel is perfectly located near the White House and Treasury. It is a very historical property and encompasses the look and feel of American history. The rooms are dated, however, it's true to the property. If you are going to DC for a more...

With a "can't miss" location (adjacent to the White House and two blocks from the Washington Monument/National Mall and unmatched historical context, this property has it all. This iconic hotel "wows" you from the second you walk into the majestic lobby (where political activity occurred, leading to the term "lobbying" being coined). The rooms are quite comfortable, quiet, and well-amenitied....

We loved our stay at the Willard. It was our first time staying there. Everyone was polite and helpful. We checked in at the desk around 11am and they texted me around 1230 to say our room was ready. It's a great location, very close to the White House. We had breakfast on Sunday at the hotel cafe which was...
