This hotel has been very nicely and elegantly renovated, is centrally located, and the price is reasonable. Rooms are large and well furnished, the lobby is elegant, and you have the feel of being in a grand hotel. What's not to like?

Thank you for your review. We're pleased to learn your recent stay at the Willard InterContinental was an enjoyable one. We couldn't agree with you more, the hotel does exude a bit of old world charm and European elegance that is for sure! We understand...More

The coffee maker was a problem as the regular caffeinated coffee and creamer were replaced. My husband finally walked to Corner Bakery for a proper cup of coffee (in very cold temperatures!). Luckily it is located across the street. The valet parking would have been more of a problem if we were not on vacation but each time it took 30 minutes to get our car. Was somewhat worried when we got the car for the drive to the airport but the airport is less than 10 minutes away so we were fine.
