I stayed here for two nights while on business in DC. Overall, I had a nice stay. My room was spacious. It included a small kitchenette which had a full size refrigerator, small stove, coffee maker, etc. The room did have a dated feel. It...More

Either works in DC, I have used both. Cost just under $16.00 for the trip with Uber, at noon so it was not during rush hour. I would expect rush hours (morning and evening) to be higher. You can also take the Metro from the airport to Foggy Bottom and walk from there if you don't have much luggage. It is close and in the George Washington University neighborhood, so easy walking.
