This is an amazing hotel, that there is no doubt. They certainly publicise the great and powerful who once stayed here, and the top societal role this hotel once played on the Washington scene.
But where is this hotel today? The decor of the lobby,...More
Staying with my wife and friends for six nights, also stayed 3 years ago and nothing has changed, great hotel, good service and really spacious rooms, would definitely recommend. Only a short walk to the Woodley Park Metro for about five stops to get to...More
I had the opportunity to attend a conference at the Omni and it was a great experience. The food was excellent which is hit or miss in conference hotels. Important to note that although I attended a conference, it doesn't have the feel of the...More
I enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is huge yet they’re able to maintain a very good service, clean rooms and very good food. However, they should improve on customer care, I was unhappy with the service from the bar, my friends and I treated...More
This is a very regal and stately old hotel with beautiful grounds and nice staff, especially maid service, doorman, and front desk. There is a large clean pool and a few restaurants to choose from. I would recommend this hotel because it is removed from...More

Tiny bathroom that was barely large enough for one person to move around and no counter space whatsoever. The only place to put toiletries was on a small glass shelf on the wall. The standard rooms have bigger bathrooms. The furniture in the living room was old, worn, uncomfortable, and stained. The closet is in the living room, rather than the bedroom. The bedroom area was pretty nice with comfortable bed, desk, dresser, TV, although it was open to the living room, so no privacy. Our view was of a rooftop.
