My husband and I needed to find an economical hotel for the weekend, and we stumbled across University Inn. Although the room was a bit dated, it was very large, clean, and comfortable. It also included a small refrigerator, cooktop, and dishes. The towels were very plush, too! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a clean, comfortable,...

I was in DC to visit several departments at George Washington University. It was very easy to walk to the campus, as well as find good restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it as a nice place to stay.

Nice, clean room; comfy; very nice staff. Not sure why they played loud music from the garage all night; had to download and blast music on my phone so my kids could get to sleep. Still, I'd stay there again.

We were upgraded to a king suite upon arrival because there were no double rooms a available. Front desk folks were very nice and the restaurant menu looked really good, though we didn't try it. In the room, the shower pressure was a bit intense but thankfully, heat and hot water were no issue in the middle of January. It's...

Very friendly, accommodating staff. The door man even found three umbrellas for us when the weather turned. He saved the night! We did find parking off site as it was $50 a night. This location is close to downtown and M Street restaurants/shopping. We usually Ubered out and walked back with absolutely no problems. We went to the monuments and...

This is a nice, well-kept hotel, very close to the Watergate and the Kennedy Center. It could use some updating, but overall it's a good place to stay, very close to the Foggy Bottom metro, so very convenient.

Used this for a one night stay to visit Georgetown University hospital nearby. Arrived late and left early so have to reserve some judgement. It's got a tight entrance if you have a car and you'll need to valet park more than likely (another $47). Very small lobby and the bar closes fairly early. The rooms are fine we used...

Great hotel at an incredibly convenient location. Very clean, friendly staff. The view from my room was of Kennedy Center which was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Cute entrance. Older hotel, which I like, bigger rooms. The only two negatives were that the WiFi was not secured, which left me uncomfortable doing any online banking, etc...; and the room...

Wife found this property on the Kennedy Center recommendation list and they were spot on. The location was perfectly centered for everything we wanted to do. Less than 10 minutes from Reagan International. One block from the Metro and less than 3 from the Kennedy Center. We walked from the Natural History Museum to the Lincoln Memorial then to our...
