walking is a good hour as you will be stopping looking at other things (washington memorial etc) or get the bus down to the white house to save 15 mins but hey what's the rush ✌

You can park on the street during the weekend. During the street there is a 2 hour limit. Out here are parking lots around that allow overnight parking. I recently recommend googling parking lots in the area to research... More

It might be... I remember see a cat in the reception with the attendant. Just in case you should call there or email and ask.
