What can I say, good hotel and a rather cheap price. I felt the service and attention to detail were on par with the star rating. Quite impressed with the rooms. I would certainly stay here again if passing through. Andrew

Clean and convenient. Not large, but served it's purpose. Reasonable rate in good part of town. Great for a short stay. Would stay again if I had the need. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet. Coffee/ tea in lobbym

My first impression was not good, but the place grew on me. It's old and worn, but clean. My room was tiny, only about 18 inches of room on each side of the bed. It's in an excellent location - within a few blocks of dozens of restaurants, bars, etc., and a $10 Lyft ride from the National Mall. There's...

If you require some up-scale hotel, with décor that slavishly aligns with what's bland, and super-professional everything this is not the place for you. Windsor Inn is funky and cozy. It has a darling cat who lives in the old-world lobby. The décor definitely is older, and perhaps a little shabby. But it's charming. This won't be some place you...

Once you adjust your expectations accordingly, this is a great bargain for a European-style little hotel. I needed an affordable place at the last second, and this fit the bill admirably. Do not expect four-star amenities. There is a friendly lobby cat named Mimi, which for me is a *superb* amenity. There's coffee, and my small room was scrupulously clean....

Ok so much to say first the staff was good. I went for the inauguration got a deal through hotels.com. When I got in he computer system was done for almost 2 hrs couldn't check in. When I finally got the room was unimpressed. There was a moldy smell, bathroom was only part that was redone. There were cracks in...

We had forgotten about the Inauguration dates, so we had a hard time to find a place to stay. However after some arrangements we found this Hotel, with a very high price but the closest to the most important sites. Twenty minutes walking time from the National Mall, and a block away from a varied number of restaurants. The area...

This hotel is very recommendable - and it even has a friendly, hotel cat! We had a large room with a view of the street. The windows had some cold air leaks, but that could be fixed with the heater. The staff in the reception was also very nice, and the stay was a positive experience.

Checked in and was in total shock. It was dilapidated, dirty, no screen on window 2nd floor. Filthy windows couldn't see out of it. A thin board was used for a wall into the next room. I had 2 children with me and left the hotel. The environment was not for children. The photos online were misleading and fraudulent. I...

Sure, the closet was partially blocked, and the toilet was oddly placed, and the free breakfast was minimal, and a couple of holes could have used some spackle. But the location was excellent (walking distance to U Street restaurants), the price was awesome, and the innkeeper (the one with the French accent) had great tips for nearby eats (Keren, a...
