Great stay! Wonderful staff and facilities. Awesome room view! I walked to the mall with ease (even on a 95 degree day). The staff helped me quickly and with a huge smile every time. Thank you again! !

Hotel is very nice and close to the national mall, museums, and Tidal Basin. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, but enough things to do to keep us entertained for a few days. Hotel is also very kid friendly.

Nice facilities, very helpful concierge. Rest of staff not very friendly. There are security cameras EVERYWHERE, on every floor, in every hallway, in the fitness center, etc.--in every conceivable area of the hotel except the guest rooms. You will feel like you are being watched at every moment. Very creepy. Also, this is in a business area, so the nearby...

I attended a conference in DC recently and they used the Mandarin Oriental for their base hotel. The hotel seems quite well kept and with an Asian flair as one might imagine. My room was clean and had a view of the river and the Lincoln Memorial. The location of the hotel was a little awkward though. There were no...

Attended a conference here. The entire stay felt unlike any other D.C. visit ever felt. Just a more relaxed vibe throughout. Very comfortable. And a very friendly staff. The room service was outstanding. The food was very, very good. Conference facilities were A+. The only gripe I have is the charge for valet parking, but that is life in the...

Really great experience at hotel. A good walk from hotel to attractions but still pretty close in DC terms. Luxury hotel experience at slightly less than (not much less!) luxury prices. Room was very clean, bed was totally comfortable with lots of space in room and bathroom.

This was my first time staying at Mandarin Oriental and I was so impressed with their service and the hotel in general that from now on, I will choose this hotel over any other. If you have a chance, at least experience this hotel once in your life!

The very best high end hotel in DC. Staff did everything to make our stay wonderful. We consider the Four Season & the Ritz Carlton. But, we could not have made a better choice than the Mandarin. Our Diplomatic suite was just perfect. Access to the Tia Pan room was a nice benefit.

We had a great stay at the Mandarin in early July. The room and bathroom were beautiful, clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 6th floor and had no problems with the train noise even though the tracks were right below us. Our view was of the Tidal Basin and the Jefferson Memorial. We were able to walk to the...
