I booked this hotel because it was the closest to my meetings. Everything was great except the noise level. It was very loud at night and I could hear everyone in the hallway. I also was disappointed the Starbucks closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me. Otherwise I was very please with my stay.

The reservation staff was rude and ill informed. I asked for a room block and was told they have no more availability under that room block, however, when I called back later and spoke with another associate, I was told there is availability. However, she was very rude and kept speaking over me, she finally hung up on me when...

I've stayed here at least six times for conferences. Their meeting rooms are appropriate and the staff who deal with audiovisual and computer issues seem responsible and knowledgable. So are the restaurant and housekeeping staff. The coffee/bar/restaurant capacities were almost stretched to their limits with a big group, but working well anyway. The food is not great but okay. Bedrooms...

Visiting DC for a conference. I stay at many Marriott properties, but what makes this one special is a lady named Flora who with her colleagues run the Concierge Lounge. I've never met a person so committed to making the guest experience so positive. Flora is friendly, warm, funny and deeply caring about you having a great guest experience. She...

This is a typical convention hotel with over 1000 rooms and many meeting spaces. We were not staying for a convention, rather we have family in the area. We stayed for 9 days and thought it was very good and would stay here again. The staff is wonderful, always cheery and accommodating, from front desk to cleaning staff to the...

I stayed four nights for a conference. Bottom line: I would enjoy staying again for business in the RENOVTED part, but would stay again for a personal visit if I could get a good deal in the RENOVATED tower because of the hotel's excellent location with great restaurants within a 5-7 minute walk and metro stop. If you like or...

Too big, too confusing, long lines for checkin, breakfast, buying a coffee, paying extra for Internet in your room, sandwiches for$9, bad lighting in the exhibition space. Many things to be grumpy about. I have been here formbig conferences many times and I like it less and less.

This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel in the last year. I had a great room with a view of the Capitol and the Monument. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are a little small but adequate and stocked with all the amenities you expect from a Marriott. Breakfast and evening appetizers in the concierge lounge were good....

This is my second time attending a conference at the Wardman Park Hotel. It is a very large hotel seemingly designed for large conferences. The hotel is conveniently located in the Woodley Park Neighborhood near the metro. The area also has many good restaurants and bars. My room was well appointed and very spacious. The hotel has two good restaurants,...

We went one weekend night, to simply enjoy the hotel for our anniversary. Upon checking in, the clerk upgraded us to a suite, which was really nice! The amenities this property offers is also very nice. It's a huge property with lots of staff to take care of your needs! The breakfast buffet is extremely expensive, at $50 for a...
