Convenient for first time in sightseeing DC. Comfortable beds. Small but excellent food at the restaurant. Nice check in/out and helpful concierge service. Overall very nice stay. As SPG member, we were upgraded to better room. Touring bus stops in front of the hotel. I would stay at the hotel

Family stayed here two nights in November and it was truly a remarkable experience. Nearby restaurants were friendly and food was excellent. White House tour was memorable as well. Staff here very accommodating! Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Husband and I stayed in the city for holiday parties and relaxation. I called before we arrived for nearby spa recommendations and the concierge was super helpful. Valet parking was convenient and the team was very courteous. I should mention that our car smelled faintly of marijuana when it was returned to us, though. Wesley Tan was attentive...

This is one of the best 4 star hotels (at a reasonable value) in DC, and absolutely the only thing that is a real issue is the distance from the Metro. So if you plan to use Uber, it's perfect. If you want to use the Metro, then plan on a 8-10 minute walk to the Farragut North station. The...

Bed factory par excellence. Hotels like this one should be automated. AI, please save us. Shame on Westin/Starwood . Mediocre room, cold Pre prepared room service past 11p, tray charge of $12 for room service! Wow!! Shocking .

Had never stayed at a Westin before and got a great price so I figured I would try it out! The lobby was beautiful and had that fresh and clean feel. The rooms and hallways were very well appointed as well. Very much to my liking. The shower and bathroom was amazing! The shower head was to die for !...

Because this is as a business trip I didn't spend much time at this hotel. Room was small, but modern and clean. Room service was different as it was provided by what I assumed to be a separate restaurant contracted by the hotel. The food was fine, but the delivery options were strange ... you could pick it up at...

British student visiting for the 4th of July weekend. Absolutely fantastic hotel, it was faultless! Every member of staff we spoke to was brilliant and polite, the room was excellent with two huge, comfortable double beds and large flatscreen TV with a great selection of complimentary tea and coffee. Everything was very clean and well maintained, no noise or trouble...

Great value hotel. Booked for $129 p/night. No resort fee. No hidden fees. Clean, central location, decent fitness center, wonderful staff. Limited dining options. Only minor issue was that the bathroom had a mild mildew smell.
