We had a wonderful stay in Casa Ma Dolores, the best and "home from home" casa in Cuba. The whole family went out of their way to welcome us and we were treated like friends. The situation of the Casa is perfect - 5 minutes from the old square. Breakfast and dinner served on the roof terrace was generous and... More

Sounds like a nice place ....too bad they were a no show at the bus station with a sign like they told me. Good thing we found another place that was very nice. I can't exactly rate this place but don't trust a reservation there.

Positioned In the historical centre of Trinidad this casa is to be recommended. The family, consisting of four generations, is very nice, friendly and helpful. From the terrace you can see the whole Trinidad, but on sunny days there is probably very hot. For the laundry service they didn't want any payment.

We stayed for a week at Casa Ma Dolores and had a truly wonderful time. What made it so special was the welcoming generosity of our hosts. Yirka runs the casa business and is also a manicurist. In the middle of the beautiful authentic city of Trinidad you find a friendly Casa. The interior has a nice colonial atmosphere with unbelievable high ceilings, nice wooden doors, and beautiful tiles at the floor. In the back of the house there are stairs to the 1 floor where there are 2 nice guestrooms, with fan, private bathroom and good... More

I can only recommend this casa. It is well managed by the very sweet family and their staff, the food is very good and the family is helpful and pleasant. It is situated a little off the Centro Historico, which means it is quiet, but still within 4 minutes gentle walk from Plaza Mayor and all the activities. If ever... More
