We were 2 of us and we have stayed here for 2 nights, I think it was very good and we had no problems at all, but the only thing I found a bit disappointing was the view, I was told that all rooms have sea view but the view I expected was way too much I guess. And u...

Booked a last minute and stayed in a studio apartment. Nice view out to sea but that was the only positive. We came back to the hotel at 8pm hoping to get a drink at the bar but the entire place was closed. As in locked up, no lights on. Nothing seemed to be open; no bar, no restaurant. Too...

We stayed in room 32, which overlooks Palm Beach. It was a lovely view but we could hear feet stomping and shuffling from the residents in the room upstairs. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Air-conditioning works well and we used the oven to reheat our pizza. However, the bathroom had a weird stench when we turned on the...

Stayed in 1 bedroom with kitchenette. Room fine especially lovely king sized bed however shower had terrible smell and there was so little water pressure you could hardly wash yourself under the drip. Facilities were a bit dated

My wife, 3 children and I all stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. With the kitchenette and 2 toilets there was plenty of space. We had a fold out soda for our 13 year old. Great views from the balcony. The central restaurant & bar appeared recently refurbished. We recommend you hire a car to explore the sites as bus...

The views from the Waiheke Island Resort are sublime. We had a fabulous weekend at the resort celebrating a milestone birthday. The weekend was fantastic, and all made possible by the amazingly friendly staff; and the new chef exceeded all expectations with five star three course meals prepared for 50 guests on both Friday and Saturday evenings. Certainly a place...

Stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a corporate retreat. It was pleasant enough but the rooms are a little tired - clean and tidy, just a bit ragged around the edges. Also if you don't like steps, don't stay here, the units are all on different levels spread down the hill, makes for great views though....

Overall very disappointing. The whole place is tired and in need of a make-over. We stayed in a studio apartment. The duvet had a mark on it, the volume knob on the stereo was broken, the smoke alarm was sitting on top of the microwave, it was beeping away which means the battery was dying, and the jug was full...

A nice tidy room, stunning views, I have a few complaints, as a non smoker I did not appreciate seeing two full ashtrays sitting on the table in the outside bar area, they looked like they hadn't been emptied for sometime. The food was very average. The barman had no idea of the geography of the place and could not...

Lovely location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the accommodation was rather poor, found it unusual to have the microwave sitting on the table away from the kitchen bench. The bathrooms were disgusting, shower's full of mould as was the toilet. Our rubbish bin in the bathroom looked like it had been chewed numerous times by maybe the local dog. A lot...
