Hosts Marliyn and Keith made us exceptionally welcome. The ambience, the facilities and the location of their 4 unit property are in all respects first class. The breakfasts are "to die for". Quite superb. Highly recommended for the discerning visitor/guest.

It was our pleasure to host you and given our military backgrounds it is not too surprising that we knew a lot of people in common. Trust you both had a comfortable return to Australia and Marilyn and I look forward to meeting you both again at some time in the future - on either side of the ditch. Warm...

Keith & Marilyn were the perfect hosts. Away from the busy side of the island, but still central enough to walk to the restaurants on the main drag and an easy drive to the splendid vineyards nearby. The breakfasts were splendid, a different feast crafted each day, including fresh fruit as well as indulgent treats and excellent coffee. A perfect...

Thank you for the kind review. A shame you could not afford the time to experience some local fishing but maybe next time. Trust you have been practicing your 'kiwi man hug' techniques.........never know when it will come in handy. Regards Keith and Marilyn

Breakfast both days was above and beyond what we expected. I have been fortunate to have traveled quite a bit and the time and effort that was put into each of these meals was above any breakfast I have ever had at a hotel/lodge/resort before. The lodge provided fine Port and chocolate at bedtime with turn-down service. There were even...

My wife & I stayed here as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations & were delighted not only at the high quality of the accommodation, the superb breakfasts & the idyllically peaceful location but, especially, at the genuine hospitality shown to us by the proprietors, Keith & Marilyn. Nothing was too much trouble & everything we could have possibly...

Loved loved loved our stay here - you can tell that the owners are rightfully proud of their place and love sharing it with their guest. We lived our stay! The location is fab - not too far from Oneroa and with great views over the water. It's small so you get a lot of extra attention and care -...

Keith & Marilyn are first class hosts. The rooms are large and bright and clean. The lodge is across the street from a sort of beach; it's in a shallow harbor looking at the mainland, so low tide uncovers the bottom quite far out. But the view is beautiful and all the rooms face the ocean. The lodge is a...
