Room was beautiful and clean. Bed was super comfy, staff were amazing and kind. Food service was fast and delicious. Buffet Breaky was so good! Esplanade at your front door, with a short stroll to breweries, pubs, restaurants, attractions, public transport and the beach. Could have been a better variety in the mini bar.

Hotel's Favourite
My partner and I had a fantastic weekend staycation in Freo. We caught up with friends and explored the area knowing we had a relaxing and comfortable room to come back to. The hotel is getting older now but the facilities are still very nice. The staff were very accommodating and made our stay even more relaxed and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend the Parkview rooms if you can.

Location is key and this hotel is central to all the vibrancy of Fremantle. Walking to riverfront, markets, coffee strip and shopping precinct. And when you've had enough, return home to you tranquil room. Functional and comfortable, with a bed that will be sure to appease the restless soul in you. Only downside was the business facility - somewhat rudimentary and obviously not the priority of front desk staff. But can still cater for simple requests (with patience).

It's great hotel, but house keeping, room service and parking let me down badly. Room service didn't show up with our food. The lady for parking was going to register my number plates for parking and didn't so I got charged more money. And the Gate wouldn't even open anyway to let us out. And house keeping were slack and I was just felt like they didn't care. It made my stay there ruined. I was very disappointed.

This is a great hotel, in a wonderful location, alas it is let down by small details. We stayed in a King Spa room, a nice room and plenty of space. Unfortunately the spa had no spa additives The night before we left I was having a bit of a moan at reception and the lady there said, we have the additives here do you want some? She could not explain why these were not in the room. The swipe cards for the lift and room doors were a constant problem, we were there for two nights and had to have the cards reset 3 times. Twice the person in front of us a reception was having the same problem. We had had a busy day and went back to our room to chill and watch a movie, apparently you can only do this on free to air TV , Netflix is disabled; we were told this was because people were abusing it! How do you abuse a streaming service? The real reason is that the internet connection at the hotel is not very good and Netflix hangs. Apart from the above slightly annoying problems, the Hotel is very comfortable and the staff for the most part are excellent, the gentleman on reception was incredibly helpful as was the night person. The food we ate was all good as were the cocktails. Next time I will make a note of names so I can give recognition. We shall return.
