Loved the Wray when we went for lunch on a Sunday. The drink prices are more than reasonable and the food serving sizes and the prices are awesome. Recommend the steak sandwich, pork ribs and the rump steak with green pepper corn sauce. All huge serves and cooled perfectly. I would have given a 5/5 rating if the male toilet didn’t smell so bad of stale urine. Checking each hour takes 5 mins guys. You have great food and lovely service and this lets you down.

Room Tip:Book in the piano room in the bistro. It is quieter and there are only three tables in that room.

Went there for a catch up and lunch with a long suffering Docker supporter as they took on my CATS and it was packed but service was good and we had a BIG MEAL at a great Seniors price and a few Bevies. Noise was a bit loud but after a while we went to the front bar where it was quiet and not so many Docker rowdies crying their beer. All in all a good day.

Went on a Tuesday and had the fish special, generous serve of snapper well cooked and presented, great beers and atmosphere pleasant in the sports bar. The walls had recently been updated with Aussie and international sports stars and memorabilia, including our Matilda heroines!

Me & my husband stayed for 1 night here as a stop off & we absolutely loved it here! It was a budget price for the area, it was a shared bathroom but it was really clean, the room was really clean & nice too, the room had great facilities, it had a kettle, tea & coffee an iron & ironing board, there was a communal coin washer/dryer in the shared bathroom area. The bed was super comfy, we had a great nights sleep. We loved the bar downstairs, we arrived at 1pm and stayed in there until 11pm, they had karaoke that evening which was great fun, it was so nice chatting with the locals! The food was incredible, the best meal we’ve had in a very long time, I would 100% recommend this place, especially the food, it was really yummy ❤️

My husband & I booked the family room for 2 nights & we were both so disappointed. Dust lined the fans & windowsils like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The lampshade was broken & it had no light bulb. Included in the room amenities was supposed to be a kettle - there was no kettle, no milk; only a cup of teabags & mostly sugars. The curtains are all in need of replacing. I complained to the manager on our first day & she was very apologetic. She replaced the lamp with another broken lamp & brought up a kettle - bare minimum attempt to correct the issues. What a waste of money!

Cancelled my booking 15 minutes before I was due to check in. Then aggressively refused to assist with alternatives. This was on a Saturday night in Fremantle when it is too late to find any reasonably priced other options. It is utter unreasonable to provide 15 minutes notice of a cancelled booking. I had already travelled 200 km.

Accommodation at the hotel is an afterthought. Had to check in at the Sports Bar when the staff eventually decided to stop serving to give us a key.
Our bedroom door was damaged apparently from being kicked in the week prior. Room had holes in the wall, dirty cushions found in the drawer, cigarette hole in pillow cases and over frozen freezer in fridge.
Shared bathroom facilities dirty including men’s pants left on the floor, fire exits blocked with bags of dirty bedding.
No aircon - ceiling fan circulating hot air (41degs day). I believe the facilities at a YHA would have been better.
On a brighter note walkable to town - 1.3km to cafe strip and were grateful our car wasn’t damaged in the patrons car park.

You might have trouble finding this hotel as they have changed the name to the way hotel. We enjoyed our stay everything clean and freshly painted. The meals were nice fish and chips bangers and mash steak all under twenty dollars. All the entertainment was fun kareoke and an Irish night

Great pub, my stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and staff were very helpful. Very close to cappuccino strip (walking distance) great food specials they have special every day. It would have been even nicer if they had en-suite however the shared toilets were clean and well kept so no issues. I will definitely be returning
