Well we're do I begin!! The website is advertised as "Boutique Hotel" this should be renamed to "Backpackers Hostel". We paid $108 for a night in the filthiest hotel room I have ever seen. It was disgusting, is says tea and coffee making facilities there were 3 tea bags cups and a very dirty kettle. We asked the bar staff...

Just popped in for a quick lunch whilst in town. Had a Pumpkin burger and a pint of pale, excellent. I wouldn't normally go for a veggie burger because I only seem to have bad experiences but this one was great. Staff were friendly, decor was nice and sports on TV but no sound so not a bad atmosphere for...

This was our first visit back to this hotel since the refurbishment and name change and we enjoyed the experience. The hotel has regained its old Freemantle charm. Everyone was happy with their meals except the chicken parmi which was very dry, the lamb dish was also very small. The barramundi special was delicious and well priced. Overall and enjoyable...

Haven't been here since it was Rosie's and was pleasantly surprised with what they've done with the place. Had lunch in the beer garden out the back and an enjoyable lunch, which was well priced. Nice ambience about the place too.

Went to the federal hotel for a drink with friends at 9pm on a saturday night, because for many years, rosies has been a great lively pub with a good atmosphere for young and old. As we walked in, the place was dead. No one sitting outside, and 1 group of people inside, who left 5 minutes later. We went...

We went for dinner as a group of 12 and sat in a separate room which had its own fireplace. Gorgeous old building which has had a renovation to brighten it up. It had friendly staff and the food was excellent. This doesn't attempt to be the same as the other pubs in Freo which we really liked. It has...

Use to be Rosie O'Gradys Irish Bar and was taken over about a month ago and is now the Federal. Back to its old origin. A fresh coat of paint with carpets and fireplaces removed has given it a fresh look. I like the new look. Was very quiet on Sat night. Gone are pints and only glass and schooners...
