I had a splendid room on the 5th floor, spacious and very well appointed. The only problem was the excessive noise which penetrated most of the evening and well into the night, and early morning, from above. Someone above me seemed to be walking a marathon, very heavily, and I could hear every footfall. Earplugs don't filter out that type...

After my second stay in Riga I would recommend one and only place in the hart of the Old Town near Cathedral Place surrounded with a lot of small bars and restaurants full of people even at late night. It's really worth to stay. Most interested is that the hotel situated in the same building where one of the most...

Neiburgs should be the benchmark for all hotels who like to can themselves 'boutique'. With only 55 rooms one never feels part of the hotel 'processing' experience. I never heard a noise from another guest and there was always a table at the restaurant, that serves very good food. Service is discreet and efficient and the rooms comfortable. There is...

A boutique hotel with local flavour, a beautifully renovated and decorated historic building with all the amenities you can think of. The rooms are like mini suites with their own kitchen. Located in the cutest street you can think of.

They gave me a great room with a balcony having a nice view of Old Town. The interior of the room was great with modern decor. The staff were helpful and they accommodated all...

Our reception by the hotel's staff was friendly but only helpfull after check-in (our main luggage was brought up to our room, but from the taxi through the big main door and to the reception desk we had to struggle by our own, wached intently by the two male receptionists barely half our age - the same thing in reverse...

I stayed there for 2 days and the room was one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in Scandinavia. It was spacious with complete amenities, and beautiful bathroom. The location is great. The breakfast was however only standard. I stayed there in the winter, and it was nice that you are warm in the building but sometimes...
