Riga is such a beautiful city but after a long day of exploring this isn't the sort of hotel you want to rush back to, to get warm and cosy and relax. It's quite the opposite - cold & hard, in my view. Now, I get the concept of Art Nouveau but I couldn't see a 4* hotel here, at...

Myself and my wife stayed here for four nights and thought the hotel was very good. The 2 buildings were in the heart of the Art Nouveau area in Riga and a very short walk from Alberta Iela. The room was compact but very clean and at a good temperature. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices...

It's not the best , not the worst hotel we ever stayed at , it's 4 star , but if we had to pay a full price for the room I would be very disappointed. There was a kettle and cups in the room , but nobody bothered to wash cups after they been used , so we had to...

Great hotel with excellent staff and within a km or two of the centre of the city. The breakfast service was good and the room we stayed in was large, clean and very comfortable. It was also a very reasonable price.

We paid an impossibly cheap price for our short break package to Riga. It was snowing when we arrived and throughout our stay which made everything look like a fairy tale. The hotel was really nice. Clearly an old one that had been renovated to a good standard. First of all the reception staff when we arrived were excellent. We...

Breakfast is not top of the range but the foods is moderate and sufficient. Some cooked foods is not hot enough I like the champagne for breakfast. Receptionist...

If travelling on a budget, this is probably a value-for-money option. There were things about this hotel I really appreciated, and then things I did not... Service Very friendly and helpful staff that did what they could to fix the problems I had with my room and showed great service attitude with everything. Location Not exactly centrally located, but a...

This is a nice hotel that ticks all the boxes and is in easy walking distance of art nouveau district. Just be aware if you get room 113 and it is raining you won't sleep unless they fix the guttering.. Apart from that can't fault the place.

On the basis of you pay what you get for the hotel is ok. The room was clean and ok for a City break. The distance from the hotel to the old city was only 10 minuts walk. We got a good service at the reception desk the staff was very kind.
