Pros: - excellent location at main square - good food at breakfast Cons: - nobody at reception, you need to call if you find the written phone number at the desk. The receptionist will come or will not and you should call again - dirty plates, glasses, forks, cups at breakfast. One day I didn't find any clean glass for...

Hotel Draakon is located in the most central place of the old town of Tartu. Hotel is a very classic private hotel, with international standard you might excpect. Atmosphere was peaceful and a twin bed room we got was spacy with a sauna as a nice surprise. All the places were very clean and bed large and pleasant (some might...

Perfectly placed family run hotel right in the centre of the old town. Very clean, comfortable having all the facilities needed. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen anywhere on my travels around the globe. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Maybe it´s not the newest and most stylish hotel in this charming small town, but it gives exceptional value for your money. Location is the best in Tartto. Try the large suite overlooking the pedestrian street. Allways ask for a room with street view. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. My choice whenever in Tartto.

Wifi is completely useless in most areas of hotel. Go outside the hotel its better to use public wifi No one is ever at check in desk Lift buttons dont work. To make...

Yes, service is definitely not the strong point of this hotel. Like others before us we arrived in the lobby and waited some time for the receptionist. We felt we had stumbled on to the Mary Celeste ghost ship. When the receptionist arrived she was dour (not rude exactly). After this daunting start things weren't too bad. Our room was...

Average budget hotel, nice rooms, but no air-con and bad service. If opening the windows noise from street spoil your night, as well if having windows to courtyard, there is a parking and noise of the cars coming or going will keep you up. For good sleep earplugs are needed. Breakfast is modest, but tasty. Staff is reception were unpleasant...

The personnel in this hotel is so rude that it overrides everything else. We arrived at 11:00 AM and the first welcome sentence to us was: you arrived too early. Why are you disturbing us, let the people work. It continued in similar pattern during all our stay.

Attended the Maamess in Tartu and stayed 3 nights at the Draakon Hotel. The hotel is old and a little run down, however, its got some personality to compensate for this. Located on the old town square bars and restaurants are within easy reach. Room was ok and so was breakfast served on the 2nd floor. Would not mind stayng...
