Dzingel is the worst hotel ever. Better to stay in hostel. Once I arrived, the staff is rude, hotel full of drunks. The room smells very bad, bathroom and all room is super dirty. The elevator is so small. The bed is so old. everything was so dirty that i decided to sleep in my car, although i paid. at...

This hotel is worn out, ugly and the service is under any criticism. Got a room with people already in. Then it took me another 40 minutes of listening to the receptionist arguing with me in a very rude manner to get another room. This room was not cleaned, bed was unmade, towels dirty. I have never received a worse...

We needed a hotel in Tallinn for just one night before taking a morning ferry to Helsinki. And there are only 2 good things I can say about this hotel: reception personnel and guarded parking lot. Basic budget rooms probably remember Soviet times - old furniture and beds, totally characterless, bit dirty and not appealing at all. Very simple bathroom....

The hotel has seen better days, from the time you come to the reception. to the slow, small lifts - you know this hotel has seen better days. there was smoking allowed in some floors, so watch out if you are a non-smoker. Also near the lobby or entrance - people smoke and the smoke comes in - i regreat...

Hinta- laatusuhde ok. Return...

Hotel is pretty big and often full with groups of kids. They allow to stay with pets and during she dog shows you can meet lots of animals inside. Breakfast is pretty good, but rooms are mostly old. Easy to find place with big parking lot, although sometimes it is fully packed with tourist buses.

We visited Tallinn and stayed in Dzingel in May 2015. We had rooms in the 6th and 8th floor. The service in the hotel was good but a big minus was the quite massive noise coming from next door rooms (people partying) until late night. This was not nice especially when travelling with kids :(. The walls were not very...

It's a little far away from the city centre (6.5 kms). The bus stops right in front of the hotel, it has free parking. Clean hotel, shampoo and mini soap provided in bathroom. Breakfast buffet consist of wide variety of cold and hot food. Wifi strenght was good, but sometimes none of of my phone or tablet could connect.
