THE BEST MEETING PLACE IN TOWN Hotel Palace, located next to Freedom Square in Tallinn reopened in July 2014 after a total makeover. The Hotel dates back to 1937 and represents one of the most interesting, glamorous and majestic Hotel buildings in Estonia. This business class hotel with 79 rooms has throughout its history been a true business card of Estonia. The corner stone of the building, located only a step away from the most representative square of the town, was finished in 1937,during the pre-war high period of the Republic of Estonia. Architect Elmar Lohk designed one of the most glamorous buildings in Tallinn and its majestic atmosphere specifically for a hotel that would represent estonia at the highest possible level. The hotel building is a monument of national architectural heritage. Having acquired a completely new interior, the building continues its dignified course, traditionally remaining a modern lighthouse in the very heart of Tallinn by retaining its classic atmosphere, which is now combined with up-to-date interior design. The location of the hotel is excellent both for sightseeing in the town and for business travel. As of Apil 2021, Hotel Palace is a member of Radisson Individuals. Radisson Individuals is Radisson Hotel Group’s newest affiliation brand celebrating the individuality of each of our Radisson Individuals hotels. Radisson Individuals compliments our hotel with its Yes I Can! customer service, international reach, reputation and Radisson Rewards loyalty program. All this allows us to be even better representatives of Estonian hospitality.

Stylish hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom with nice amenities. Short walk to old city and shopping. Breakfast was more boutique style than normal full buffet. Helpful reception. All areas were clean.

Breakfast was 10/10! Pool, hot tub, dry sauna, steam sauna 10/10. The rooms facing the street are noisy even on the 5th floor. Service was great by all the staff I encountered. The tram drops off at the corner of the hotel, so easy to get to and from the airport.

Nice location, nice room, both junior suit and standard room. Spa is nice, pool is a bit too small, and gym does the work Restaurant is OK, a bit slow on serving. Brr BrEakfast is good. Would recommend it. But may be a bit pricy... cannot compare myself

Dear yann b, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and other guests. I am delighted to read that you enjoyed the location of our hotel, accommodation in provided rooms, spa area and the restaurant. Pool in the Sport&Relaxation area is 9 meters long with a depth of 1.20 meters. I agree that it is not so proper for long swim, but it is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the several points of underwater massage. Also, thank you for the feedback about service in the restaurant. We try to do our best to provide an enjoyable experience for our guests, but there is always something to improve and what to be better in. I wish you to stay healthy and look forward to welcoming you in the future at the Palace Hotel Tallinn! Kind regards, Aljona Kraft Front Office Supervisor

Stayed in room 215. Both showers leaked water because the glass doors didn't seal well, so we were drying the floor with our towels to keep our 3 year old son from slipping and falling. No night stand on right side of bed. Ac did not get cooler than 21.5 no matter what you set it to. Ac fan did not blow more than low setting no matter what you set it to. Only 1 window opens and is only about 3 inches so this didn't cool the room down either and then you have the noise from the street and exhaust from the traffic. Only 2 instant coffee packets were provided in room and staff did not replenish it. Had to call front desk to bring more 3 days in a row. Staff was not very warm or friendly. Kitchen closes at 2200 so was not able to order food. At breakfast, my wife turned to feed my son, and her plate, still with pancakes and croissant untouched, was taken away by the tall skinny dark haired guy at breakfast. He swoops in like a ninja and takes your plate, fork and all, before you even realize. The water at breakfast tastes bad and has to be tap water. The food is delicious at breakfast. Coffee tastes bad. Oatmeal is really good. At check in, they need to tell you to bring your paper card that comes with your room key, to breakfast. It gets a stamp if your are vaccinated, and you must have it to go to breakfast. They didn't tell me to bring it to breakfast and i had to make a trip up to my room to get it before i could get my family in to breakfast. Overall was expecting a much higher level of comfort at this hotel, but I will not stay here again. Oh and i booked the room with American express, then the receptionist at check out says we don't take American express. Wtf?

Response from Andra Piirsalu, General Manager at Hotel Palace

Dear saxman318, thank you so much for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. It was a detailed review and I am extremely thankful you took your time to share it. I was deeply sorry to read that you did not find the Hotel Palace Tallinn a satisfactory place to stay during your visit to Tallinn. I also have little children and I know how much more time and care it takes to travel with small ones. And how important it is to have everything going the way you need it to go. Providing the highest level and safe hospitality is our number one priority and I am so sorry for falling short of meeting your family needs. As a teachable moment, I have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel teams. One can never be too experienced to read the needs and expectations of the guest. You have given us a great push to go through the details once again, thank you for that! There are things we can definitely influence, like the suitable speed of the service or upkeep of the hotel and that we will definitely do. And if our partners have troubles, like it unfortunately happened with our AMEX payment systems, we can just do our best to find the second-best solution for our Guests. (PS! The system bug has been fixed by now, hopefully permanently, and our AMEX payment terminal has been operating flawlessly since October 12th). I know, that it does not un-do your last experience but I still would like to encourage you to tell the service staff about all your needs and concerns already during your stay. That would give us the great opportunity to make your stay more comfortable and trouble-free. We might not always be perfect in our daily procedures but we really do care about our guests and try to find a solution to every need they might have. Once again, dear saxman318, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us during these unusual times and we are looking forward to welcoming you back at Hotel Palace Tallinn! Please feel free to contact me personally the next time you have plans to visit Tallinn and I will be happy to make you a new offer to stay at the Palace Hotel Tallinn! Sincerely Andra Piirsalu General Manager Hotel Palace Tallinn
