I chose the Hotel Schlössle because the location in the old town. Transfer service from and to airport was unproblematic. The welcome at the reception was efficient and friendly. The Hotel is located in a very old building.

27th - 30th January 2017- 3 night stay. This hotel is right in the lovely Old Town area - "the" key sightseeing area of Tallinn - so you just stroll out of the door and you are "there"! Lovely welcome from the very friendly and professional staff (they are just great!). You sit down to register with a complementary glass...

I had high expectations of this hotel. They have across their front door 'Leading hotels of the world" and proudly display their guestbook signed by Prince Charles in the lobby. The lobby area is lovely and inviting, the receptionist on arrival was warm and welcoming. Most of the staff were chatty and friendly. We were in room 9 which is...

Just back from short stay in Tallinn, with one night in hotel that I consider among the cosiest that I know. The check-in takes place while you sip your wellcome drink, the room is cosy with medieval touch. The breakfast is partly by order, thus fresh. And, of course the location just in middle of old town, but on a...

This hotel offered us a remarkable experience in the heart of the wonderful town of Tallinn. The property itself, an old merchant's mansion, is unique and provides accommodation in very distinct and comfortable surroundings with a very pleasant decor. The staff were attentive throughout and saw to all our needs, and helped us to arrange a number of appointments. Having...

Arrived early due to ferry arrival at 11.00 at Tallinn harbour. We walked to the Hotel just to leave our luggage and continue to town. The two-person reception crew welcomed us warmly and said "let's see your room situation". Took our ID's to check the reservation etc. Meanwhile we were asked to seat at the comfortable sofa by the open...

I reserved a double room for two persons. They gave us a room that had a queensize bed 120cm wide. When I said that I have a reservation for double room they said that this is it. When I insisted of having double bed the lady at the reception called to "Sergei", who asked if I have any evidence in...

We spent two nights here for a winter break. Service is impeccable from the largely young staff. Room was perfect for us, with one of the best showers I have used in a hotel. We were not so keen on the location for breakfast which is served in the cellar with no natural light. This just felt "odd". There is...

It was our first time there but definitely not the last time. First of all the service was excellent from the beginning, maybe the best I've ever had. Whole hotel is so beautiful and location is pretty much perfect. Last but not least I loved their restaurant, especially brekkie was amazing. Definitely coming back.

From the moment we arrived to leaving yesterday we were made more than welcome. Our room was cosy, quiet, very clean and well presented with thoughtful touches. The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the incredibly beautiful 'old town' of Tallinn and a lovely retreat to return to at the end of the day. It's so rare to come across...
