Visited this place recently after a Dino Park. Restaurant is in the very beautiful place over the water. We were sitted in a corner of it with the view of the tree with lights and downstairs terrace. For such a great place, the rest wasn't so good. The service is terrible. We were a table with 5 adults and 2 kids at the table and first thing for us was to get food for the kids, which we ordered first. Then we followed up with starters and drinks and then asked for a main. We wanted to order dessert as well, but we were rejected by the waiter (he told us this has to be done after). After half an hour waiting, we finally managed to double check with the waiter if any of our orders are coming (at least some water that we ordered, kids food or any drinks). The reply we got was shocking - he said we ordered too much, so we have to wait for at least another half an hour. When we asked for kids food (forgetting the rest of the order at this point - kids were hungry, everyone else around us had their food), he mentioned that he cannot do anything about it and all we can do was to wait. After about 50 (!) mins we finally received drinks... That's was the first time it took so long, pretty much anywhere in the world I've been. We had few strawberry mojitos (as stated on the menu), but in reality it was more like a strawberry syrup with sprite. Funny enough, same drinks had different colours (pale red and bright red) and garnish with ice were nowhere to be found. Waiter said it's not his fault, but the bar's. We asked about the kids food again, got told to wait again. After 1h 15mins main dishes started to come (ignoring appetisers and kids food), order pieces were missing and the waiter tried to blame it on us, saying that we have never ordered it, which we did, not that hard to remember 2 things you have said to the waiter. Appetisers and kids food arrived on the table after about 1h 30mins, at this point kids obviously were not hungry anymore, as we gave them the food from our plates. Since when does kids food (chicken nuggets and fries) takes 1,5h to make?!? They had to strip down the chicken or anything? Not even mentioning that food quality was not great at all. Cepelini, traditional lithuanian dish came half raw and tasted like potato starch :( Half of the food in the end was left on the table together with kids dishes and most of the drinks, obviously we didn't want a desert or anything apart from the bill. We were really disappointed, such a lovely day at the Dino Park and all the wasted time of waiting.... Restaurant was not busy at all, they had 4 tables including us, and plenty of staff on the floor. Yet they managed to keep us there for over 2 hours that we were missing out in adventures. I should've taken pictures of the food too, for everyone too see that it was nothing like on the menu :-(

First the girl that waited our table said that they are out of 3 of the dishes we wanted to order, so wr had to switch our order. The food came after a long wait. The ingredients they use are quite cheap and the overall taste is just ok. It's good that the prices are cheap. The waitress also had a strange manner leaving the dishes with the food at the edge of the table and not in front of us and the dishes were not taken away after we finished eating.

Very exciting place near Klaipeda - large park with hotel in the middle and dinosaurs park just around the corner. Lot of activities can be done by adults and kids. Great place for families with children. For couples - good restaurant with local food and silent place to stay after dinner. Close to Klaipeda with old harbor with plenty restaurants on seaside.

In the begging about positive side- as we were visiting Dino park, the location is very good. And have pretty good restaurant in territory. But the staff was so uninterested and/or tired or whatever the reason is, it’s not acceptable. The quadruple room- very basic, but ok. BUT it wasn’t clean- banana peel and other staff under one of beds. And the heated floor in so tiny bathroom- there was no options to switch it off, it was really hot, hard to step on it, it was quite disturbing. When leaving, receptionist asked if the stay was ok, I answered- so so, she even didn’t ask what wasn’t ok. And it was pretty noisy also.

I was here in winter time so it is not good time to visit. Rooms are ok, but smell is not very nice. Bathroom floor are so hot that it is not possible to stand after all it gets so hot in the room that you have to open window, you are lucky if it is not very windy and you can do this. SPA is nice for children but again there is no access to hotel room, you have fully dress up after swimming pool and sauna and go to your room from outside. Same breakfast - you have fully dress up as you have to go outside. So I recommend this place for summer as on winter time is really unpleasant place to stay.
