I am satisfied with my 3-night stay at the hotel. Most of all due to very pleasant staff and great location in the heart of Kaunas. I travel and visit hotels quite often and to me is always the most important the human factor which can effect your hotel experience incredibly. At Kaunas City Hotel I've received an excellent service starting from room booking, phone/email converstations, early check-in and late check-out. Reception work is great, as well as lady, cleaning the room, who was always caring, gave extra chocoletes to my sun. Top cleanliness in room and other facilities. Breakfast was quite reserved, but sufficient. Twin room was really small, but enough of space for several days. It's covenient to have mini bar in the room to keep your drinks or food cool. We received tea kettle at reception upon request. Also had a great view through the window to Laisves Avenue, just unforrunatelly the days were rainy and dull. Overall, I would reccommend the hotel for short visits/business trips.

Really great stay here, so quiet, considering it`s in the main shopping/eating centre of the city. Would be great for runners. Hotel has reception on second floor, with breakfast room. Breakfast was a continental selection, with baked egg and sausage. Rooms on 3rd and 4th floors. We were on the 4th floor, with a great view of the boulevard, looks great at night lit up. Room was very nice, we had asked for a kettle, as we were there 4 nights. Perfect for getting around the city on foot or by bus. Great price.

We stayed in Kaunas City Hotel for one night. Our room on the third floor was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay (for example refrigerator). The only odd thing was that there was not enough electrical sockets in the room. There were sockets behind the TV, in the bathroom and one behind the bed, but you could not use the lamp next to bed if you wanted to use this socket for charging a phone for example. Room had a big window and a spacious balcony. I guess the bathroom was not up to the latest design trends, but it didn't bother us at all. Bathroom was also very spacious. The hotel itself was not very big and the breakfast area was also quite small, but as the hotel didn't have many guests at the time, it was okay. Lady in the reception was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very good, there is a store below the hotel, a lot of cafes etc. You could also find electric scooters near the hotel to discover the city more easily. As we stayed in this hotel on a Saturday night and it was summer, then we could hear a lot of noises and music from the street and other balconies of the hotel during the nighttime. So if you are a light sleeper consider bringing earplugs just in case if it is summer. Hotel has private parking spaces, but we decided to park on the street which was also for free during the weekend. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My partner and I are checking out of the Kaunas City Hotel tomorrow after spending the week here. We came to Kaunas for Nordesthetics Clinic and were recommended the hotel by the clinic staff a few months ago. The location of the hotel is lovely, the street outside is both quiet and busy, there is the gentle bustle of the day and it’s as peaceful as you could imagine in the evening. You really can spend a few hours just people watching from the room. I believe I am in a good position to leave a review as due to covid we were restricted to only be allowed to leave the hotel to go to the Nords clinic, so Iv spent some time in the room this week that’s for sure :) The hotel is not just clean, it is absolutely spotless. The air conditioning works perfectly and in the rooms you have a fully operational fridge (mini bar), various sockets, lamps and a tv. If you want a kettle just ask at reception, the staff here are so helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is fine, we actually bought croissants from the Barbosa app so just had breakfast once (€4 for continental which is reasonable). The food delivery app Wolt delivers quickly to the hotel and there’s plenty of parking to the rear if you have a vehicle. Directly below the hotel is a convenience store and a few cafes too which is handy. None of these generate any noise up to the rooms. Our flight isn’t until quite late and we were permitted a late checkout for a minimal charge too which was brilliant. We both had appointments at the Nordesthetics clinic this week and have found the facilities at the hotel perfect, even when tender post operations. In room 207 you will not need a lightbulb in the bathroom...it’s bright yellow but really somehow it’s pretty cool. Both my fiancé and I are thankful that we decided to listen to the clinics recommendation and stay here for our visit. Thank you so much to all the staff members, I do hope we manage to return.

Really good location. Nice view from upper floor. Breakfast was 4,50 euros and tasted good. Really helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and cozy. Previous room had some problems (water dropped from ceiling) so I got upgrated.
