They were nice on the phone when we booked. The hotel is located just by the dome, really superb place, close to everything, downtown, river, etc. Strange that they do not have the name of the hotel on the building. Free closed parking. Building is like new. Staff was really attentive and friendly. Our apartman was huge, clean and comfirtable....

First the great : the male receptionist we met on our arrival. He was very helpful and efficient. Sorry didn't catch his name but he is a credit to this business. Next the very good : the location...we arrived by bike and it's a fantastic location for arrival and departure on 2 wheels. Proximity to the Basilica perfect. And the...

This is a small hotel with small but adequate rooms with even smaller bathrooms. The staff were friendly and breakfast was ok. Good, strong coffee! The wifi worked too. However, it is located under the big cathedral almost at the top of the hill. The rooms have no airconditioning, not even a fan, so it would be unbearably hot and...

Simple but clean rooms, really close to the city center. There is everything in the room you may need, but nothing more, neither in quality nor in design. Breakfast is strong in breads. The staff is professional, polite. Recommended.

Our room was actually not all that big, and had no A/C but it was not a problem. The lady at reception warmed quickly with a little friendliness from us, and was quite helpful. Location just behind the Basilica is very convenient. Unfortunately, that day we had ridden 63km in 34C temperatures, so the location of the hotel on top...

I was able to book an air-conditioned double room here for me and my mother the morning before we arrived. It is a very nice, comfortable, but not fancy hotel. The prices are reasonable, rooms clean and comfortable, with rain showers and good water pressure. I had no problems with the wifi (although I didn't use a laptop, just phone...

This neatly kept hotel is tucked away behind the Basilica. The quaint courtyard is a meeting place for conversation, unfortunately the conversations lasted nearly to midnight. With no air conditioners in the rooms and a warm day the windows had to be open and we could hear every word. Several volleys of late arriving guests started the conversations over again....

My room at this hotel was very clean. Furnitures and building condition were excellent, considering that it's a three stars hotel. Breakfast was very good with everything fresh, always considering the relation between price and quality.

It was 40degrees here, there's no air conditioning in the rooms & we couldn't open the windows as our room faced onto the bar area. Staff offered to quieten the people when we complained but they were not being noisy, it's just that the bar area was straight out of our room door. Told there were no other rooms available. No...

Nice hotel close to the Basilica, just 5 minutes to walk. New building, good and clean facilities. Fresh and good breakfast. Polite and helpfull staff. I can only recommend the hotel to stay a few days and discover the very nice city. There are a lot of monuments beside the Bssilica as well. You can visit the casstle or the...
