Top class breakfast accompanied by soft lyrics from a live piano is great way to start the day. With or without a healty swim in the hotellpool just before. Very nice and helpful staff in the reception are eager to make your stay perfect.

Extremely beautiful hotel with splendid service. The classic design of the hotel, not to mention the very impressive breakfast room leaves little else to be wanted. The staff was impeccable, helpful with everything from expedited room service to restaurant recommendations. The atrium creates an impressive first impression. The rooms are elegantly appointed. However, the bathroom leaves some room for improvement....

The buildings exterior and interior is very grand and definitely 5* but everything else is not. The hotel is in quite a good location as you can walk to most places from the hotel, the inner city is only a 15 min walk away. Our room was a very good size and the bed was very large and comfortable. However...

Hello Trippies! What to say about this beautiful hotel. It takes your breath away simply the warm welcome walking through the ssshhh doors. Your luggage is whisked away and stored safely so that one does not have the effort of taking it to the room. Reception process is flawless. Nothing is too much trouble. We were allocated room 331 tucked...

We had a excellent stay at the Boscolo at the beginning of March this year. Our rooms were huge and well appointed. Staff were extremely helpful and it was wonderful to have breakfast each morning in the renowned New York Cafe. The spa was quite busy at the weekend but it was nice to come in after a days sightseeing...

My husband and I stayed at the Boscolo hotel for my 30th birthday celebration in Budapest. We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel from the moment we arrived. The hotel is located in a good location and all of the big sites are a walkable distance away. The room was very comfortable, the only thing I would...

Superb! First impression was, Wow is this a hotel? Marble everywhere, lovely atrium, room was elegantly appointed and the service was the best. They make one feel like royalty and meet all needs. I enjoyed the gym and spa. The location is perfect for a feel of the city and close to all attractions. I stay with another major hotelier...

The Boscolo Hotel is worth a visit if only to see the external achitecture, the antrium of the building and the New York Cafe decor, but add in the excellent service provided by very friendly staff and the spacious well presented rooms and you have the perfect place to stay when visiting Budapest. We loved it and would go back...

Really nice hotel, different to the usual city hotel, with the tall central atrium. Rooms are huge (we had a suite through diamond elite status). It's only a 10 min walk to great bars and restaurants, so a good location. Very inexpensive for what it is.

This hotel really has the wow factor. I don't ever remember having breakfast in a hotel where people around you are taking photos as the surroundings are so opulent. If you are staying here, make sure to add the breakfast to your booking if it is not already included - there is lovely piano music playing in the background and...

Staying in District VII / Jewish Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
District VII / Jewish Quarter
District VII is the very heart of Budapest and houses the city’s Jewish Quarter. Its streets are lively and colorful, its buildings narrate different histories in an assortment of architectural styles, and its cafes and bars are frequented and loved by the enthusiastic crowds. Grand and magnificent, the striking star of the district is the Great Synagogue, the largest in Europe and one of the biggest in the world. Distinctly Moorish in style, crowned by the twin onion shaped domes, the Synagogue is the very emblem of District VII and one of the main attractions in the capital.
