This hotel was great choice for long weekend and not to far from central about a 20 min walk. it has a shopping center literally up the road and is nice and a little market you can buy food and drink and a row of shops to eat as well. Breakfast was ok nothing special to be honest. The room...

A superb hotel which combines luxury and comfort. The service was helpful, the room clean and the breakfast delicious! The reception offes a variety of services such as currency exchange and a full catalogue of activities in budapest! It is recommended for everyone who wants to visit budapest!

In Budapest for a long weekend, this hotel came as part of the package.Advertised as a 4 star, this certainly is not the case.....I would suggest a good 2 star. Upon arrival, our room was not ready. Our city tour was booked for 2pm .....we had been travelling since 4.30am and looked forward to having tea..However,when we went to our room,we found that there...

Situated close to metro and tram links and next to a huge shopping centre. The breakfast was simple yet very nice with a slightly different selection each day. The staff speak good English and were happy to help with directions, booking taxis ect. Beds were good and the hotel is very quiet at night so you are garenteed a good...

We were looking forward to staying here as the pics looks good and the reviews reflected this. However on our arrival, we were told our air conditioning was not working so they were going to put us up in some apartments about 3 minutes away from the hotel. We were expected to carry our luggage ourselves there until we insisted...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I found the staff both helpful and polite. My room was on the 5th floor which was quite large and in very good condition. Although, the room was only cleaned once. There was no noise levels that concerned me at all during my stay. The breakfast was good and varied. The usual...

We arrived at the hotel early evening and we were greeted by Ferenc who gave us our key and told where we needed to go. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Corner room was nice and big, but it was a good job I was not sharing the room as the bath is in...

Really cozy and comfortable room, in a modern hotel, located at 3 minutes by feet to the M3 metro line. Nice and lovely staff at the reception and well cleaned rooms. More than fair cost. Heartly suggested. Advise for italian people: moquette in every room and mostly salty breakfast, could be a problem to not used traveller. Personally, we have...

The hotel was awful. The staff was rude; the rooms were dirty -- the staff did not change our towels in the five nights we spent there, the glass and mugs were never replaced, the complementary instant coffee lasted one day ; the breakfast was awful; the location was ok; the environment was sad and lonely.

The location is very good, but there ends the good side of the hotel. We were three adults (parents and son) and had a small room that was uncomfortable. My son had a short bed and slept the night with his knees bended! and he is only 1.70m! when I complained about it to the receptionist, she claimed those were...
