SO MANY THINGS WRONG There is two showers for the entire hostel, so in order to promote shorter showers, there is no holder for the shower head. I stayed 2 nights in this hostel. It is not so big, rooms are very close to each other. There is a big kitchen in the middle and there are some materials for cooking. Hostel is close to city center we walked everyday and it was app.10 minutes. There is a Wifi to use it and it is free. Hostel...

Yes, it is a cheap hostel. Good things first: good location, good wifi, cheap. Bad things: rooms are not very clean, lockers are small (you cant put fit you luggage anywhere), bathrooms are dirty. Kitchen is very small, behind a refigerator is a reception desk (not 24h). When I arrived, there was another traveller who arrived same time as me....

Guru hostel is a very cheap option how to spend a few days in comfortable and very clean hostel in a Budapest city centre. In a reception there is a great service and you will sleep in a beautiful rooms. Outside of a hostel is a very nice surroundings.

Just that. Cheap hostel very well located. Bathrooms not very clean. Receptionist helpful just when she's there, thing that almost never happens.Pillows really flat, you have to look for extra pillows in the wardrobe.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is polite and friendly. The hostel has the best location and it's the cheapest place in Budapest. We had a really good time in Guru hostel. Highly recommend it! :)

This is cheap sure but they provide you a lacking sense of even basic hospitality. Leaving me disappointed and very likely to avoid it like fire in any future stays in Budapest. Firstly, my friends and I planned a staggered stay (they would arrive earlier, I would arrive later), so we booked for the 4 bed dorm in 2 days...

Upon arrival, we were told that our room would actually be on a different site, just down the road from the main building. We arrived at the other building and our room was very clean and respectable. The kitchen however was a little unkempt and the bathrooms were not very clean: a little smelly. The building we stayed at had...
