The view from the front room 302 is out of this world. The amount you pay for a river pay is so little compared to other hotels. The room was spotlessy clean and nicely equipped for our four night stay here. The hotel occupies only...More
The view from our room was awesome, overlooking the Danube and the buildings on the opposite side. A very central location that was in easy walking distance of many shops and eating venues. The building is very tired and has a strange arrangement of rooms....More

Clean tidy rooms. Close to the Danube and city. We had a fridge but didn't attempt the breakfasts. Lots of cheap cafes around. Wifi OK. Lots of steps, if your not great on your feet then perhaps find a hotel with a lift.

Discover the Inner City along the banks of the Danube, with its fashionable shops and iconic buildings. The Inner-City Parish Church and St. Stephen’s Basilica stand out as two of the finest examples of architecture in the area. If you are still hunting for more historical treats, then the ruins of the medieval city walls on Kecskeméti Utca are a must-visit while the Soviet War Memorial is also worthy of attention
and relevant to Hungary’s more recent history. If shopping is on your itinerary, then be prepared: the market squares in this area are an absolute delight, particularly during the Christmas period, but even throughout the year you’ll find the latest trends in the shops on Vaci Utca.

Dont bother with Taxi. Buy 2 tickets at a subway ticket machine, jump on the M3 metro, get off at the terminus Kobanya Kispest, and hop on the 200E airport bus. Probably nearly as quick as a taxi and dead easy. During the day time your longest wait for a bus may be 6 minutes at most.
