A very dirty hotel with poor services. The furniture is old and broken, the bathroom looks like it was not cleaned for ages. Although breakfast should be served from 7:30 to 10:00, at 9:15 there was nothing left to eat and they said that we are to late. Also the WiFi network is almost completely not functional.

If you face situation that hotel is overbooked, never, ever accept to sleep in wing "C" of this hotel. To be precisely, that is not hotel at all, and there is only one corridor connecting two buildings. In that part , they never seen any kind of refurbishment in building history! Receptionist was very rude, especially in situation when they've been...

Laughably indicated as a 3 star hotel, closer to a 1 star. This is a hotel trapped in a 1960's socialism time warp. It is clean and the bedrooms are large but beds are utilitarian and bathrooms "institution chic" with vinyl floors that can be easily sluiced down each morning. Cheap yes, but for goodness sake avoid the breakfast upgrade...

We had a reservarion in another hotel of the same chain but they had a problem and they sent us to Ventura Hotel, which was a gisgusting experience. Old building, stinky room with a dirty bathroom and walls full of stains... unnice staff, poor breakfast and super far away from the centre. It wasn't cheap for what they offer. I...

Well, we could use a laundry here instead of going to the other hotel to wash our clothes, or of having to wash them in the kitcher, where the washing machine is. Besides, seems fine. Near tram stations, super markets, drug stores...

Well, I agree with all said before. I can't give more than 2 stars. Hotel really need renovation. It looks like I can easily knock that door out with my shoulder) There is no tiny things that we need sometimes: - shoehorn, shoebrush = no - safe with security code = no - showercap, shampoo, soap = no, (only liquid...

Quite old fashion, located on the Buda side, the Ventura Hotel would definitely need some renovations. Rooms are large, but quite old, with that sort of "Eastern-early 80's-style" that cannot give an added value to your vacations. The location is quite, but pretty far from the center and from all the turistic sites, but It's easy to be reached by...

We booked the room as it was recommended by the organizer of a cat show. The price seemed ok, so we went ahead. However, we were disappointed. They only have twin rooms, we ended up putting two beds together as we have a baby. The room itself is quite outdated, the bathroom was clean but... The walls are paper thin,...

The hotel is in need of some renovations. Location is somewhat non-optimal on the Buda side of the river and off the center, but there's a tram stop almost right in front of the entrance with ~10 min ride to the main sights. Breakfast was included, but it was quite terrible and the foods were every day the same. Price...
