Stayed here for 3 nights. Arrived to a friendly & helpful receptionist who immediately offered us guidance on where to go for evening drinks. Each morning a maid brought a litre of water to our room which I thought was a very caring touch that I haven't seen in other hotels. Maids were there every day with fresh towels &...

It was a really bad choice. Our rooms was very tiny, old, with torn, dirty carpet. The worst was the bad smell from cigarette. Definitely not 4* hotel . Mayby 2*. From balcony the wind blew. Old TV with semi functional TV control. In the bathroom no toiletries. Disgusting room. Wet wall. The breakfast was OK. Not as in other...

I have just come back from here with my boyfriend for Valentines weekend. Upon arriving, I was very imoressed with the room. Top floor, skyline windows with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Great view from the shower and lovely sunrise in the morning. However, I booked way back in September and requested a balcony and did not get one....

I stayed at this hotel while on a Top Deck bus tour of Europe. Considering the price, I found the room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location - the train station and some food places are across the street. You can walk to the center of town in approximately 15 mins.

Friendly welcome (especially Judy)... did everything to accommodate our whole parties individual requirements and requests. A fantastic breakfast spread, clean rooms with excellent housekeeping service again, they accommodated any request that we had. To our surprise, although excellently situated on a busy main road in a busy area of the city, there was very little street noise. The lobby/ reception...

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Though english isn't their mother tongue they still really put effort in to make the stay a nice one. The rooms were a perfect size for us and the bathroom was fine. No negatives ro report. Didn't use the bar so can't really fairly review that. I will say those who expect more...
