I stayed only one night at this hotel on a road journey from Romania to the UK. It is reasonably well located in the city and a 10-15 minute walk to all the major attractions of Budapest.
As a bonus it had underground parking, as parking in Budapest can be difficult.
The room was

One of the most beautiful cities we've ever visited!! The Ibis city is well situated in the Jewish area. Rooms are large enough for a short visit. Comfortable bed, shower room , towels changed often,( unnecessary really) and cleaned promptly very day.

Your typical ibis hotel room, plain but functional. No drinks facilities was disappointing but maybe that’s a Eastern European thing. Location wise I would of rather been in a slightly different district because it is placed more in the tourist/stag do area of Budapest. I’d pay m

how far from the nigtlife plz
Easy walking distance to nightlife, probably the longest would be the river-front at 15 - 20 minutes.

Hi, I am staying at this hotel next month and would like to know how to get from the airport on public transport (travelling alone ) by the quickest means and how the tickets work/cost? Any tips and into would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Dear zaraw31, Thank you for choosing our hotel. The easiest is if you take the bus 100E till the final station, Deak Ferenc Ter. Ticket costs 900 HUF / Person. Change the metro M2 for 2 more stops (Blaha Lujza ter) - single ticket costs 350 HUF / Person- look for EXIT "H" and we are at the corner of Akacfa and Rakoczi street. See You soon!

HI, we are staying here next week, I can see there are variety of public transport options available to get to the hotel, I would be interested to hear your experiences and advice. Can you buy a transport travel card at the hotel or is that only available at selected outlets?
We drove to the hotel. We bought a 3 day travel pass at the Blaha Station for $8300.00 Florint for 2 people using credit card. As we come from a non EU country, we were not qualified for the free travel pass. We used the travel pass in conjunction with a 2 day hop on hop off bus to maximize our 3 day visit of Budapest.
